뉴노멀 시대의 경제환경과 다양성

국문 초록 (Abstract)

뉴노멀 시대에 우리 사회가 직면한 경제환경은 저출산, 빠른 기술변화, 세계화, 그로 인한 저성장의 고착화와 증대된 불확실성이라는 키워드로 요약된다. 본 연구에서는 뉴노멀 시대의 새로운 경제환경을 극복하기 위해 필요한 21세기형 혁신에서 다양성이 어떤 역할을 하는지 고찰한다. 또한 뉴노멀 시대의 새로운 환경 하에서 다양성이 어떻게 생존 가능성을 제고해 줄 수 있는지 탐구한다. 이러한 논의를 통해 본 연구는 우리 사회의 중요한 가치로서 다양성이 가지는 논거를 혁신과 생존이라는 두 가지 측면을 중심으로 제시한다.
