Thirdly, this study investigated possible ways to foster emerging agriculturalists in Gyeongbuk province. As a result, it was found that our agriculturalists thought it necessary to join overseas reorientation courses to accumulate more experiences. Among others, they thought it required for government to take policy measures for cutting agricultural loan interest rate promptly as possible with regard to agriculturalist funding. In addition, it was found that our agriculturalists were most sensitive to the pressure of advanced farmer development loan repayment among others, and they thought it most necessary for related governmental agencies to perform post-hoc management after selecting agriculturalists in regard to the promotion of governmental agriculturalist projects.
Summing up, it is necessary to implement itemized and categorical organizations and create an unitary administration and operation system for agriculturalists, so that our agriculturalists can play more positive roles in rural society under the current rural situations in Korea.
