한국 여성정책의 역사적 접근방법에 관한 연구 = A Study on Historical Approach Method of Woman Policy in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analysis the historical transition of woman policy in korea. To perform this purpose, I discuss the theoretical background of woman policy and approach method. And the analytical model is formulated based on WID(Woman in Development), GAD(Gender and Development), and GM(Gender Mainstreaming). The results was the followings: First, approach to WID was conversion of system in home welfare, a child welfare, father and daughter department. And enlargement of business a woman organization and father and daughter association. Second, approach to GAD was the equality of the sexes and improvement of a woman position, enlargement of participation and welfare of a woman. Third, approach to GM was settlement of the equality of the sexes, enlargement of participation in policy making, strengthening opportunity the equal employment, and protection in human rights of a woman. This study suggested the policy implications on the results.
