      This study has the purpose of fording out the effect of the movement in music appreciation activity on increasing child creativity. The following research problems are established for that purpose. 1. Does the body movement in music appreciation activity have an effect on the progress of child creativity? 2. Does the body movement in music appreciation activity have an effect on the progress of facts of child creativity? The objects of this study are composed of 40 infant children, age 5, two classes of K kindergarten and H kindergarten located in the city of Tae-gu, who are divided into experimental group, 20 and controlled group, 20. The tested tool paper for the pre-test and post test in the study was creativity test for child by Chun, Kyung-Won`s(2000) K CCTYC. In this study, one week of preliminary checking and pre-checking body movement lesson in music appreciation activity was put into experimental process of two times for 5 weeks, and preformed for total 6 weeks with one day of after-checking added. As to data-dealing, t-Verification by SPSS PC+10.0 was preformed so as to find out the effect of body movement through music appreciation activity on creativity. The conclusion reached through this study are as follows. 1. The body movement in music appreciation activity has an effect on the progress of child creativity. Experiment group of the body movement in music appreciation activity showed higher score than the controlled group children. 2. The body movement in music appreciation activity showed some meaningful difference in each factor of creativity. The body movement in music appreciation activity has an effect on the progress of fluency, flexibility, and originality in the facts of creativity . But has little effect on the progress of imagination. In summary, we can find out the body movement in music apprecation activity has an affirmative effect on the progress of child creativity.
