For the relations between nature and human, a modern viewpoint of nature, that is to say, a viewpoint of mechanism of nature issued from substantialism has represented that human is prevalent over nature. And so it produced the destruction of nature. It makes therefore, being itself impossible in such a relation. On the other hand, a viewpoint of organism of nature issued from Whitehead`s organic philosophy indicates that the relations between nature and human are equivalent each other. And so it can prevent nature from being destroyed. It makes therefore, being itself possible in such a relation. Lastly, a viewpoint of Lao Tzu`s nature says that nature is prevalent over human. And so his nature having its mentality and its subjectivity means the source of everything and at that time, the highest master. Thus, in both Whitehead and Lao Tzu, it is evident that the position of nature is not inferior to human. This paper can come to conclusion that first, Whitehead and Lao Tzu, their viewpoints contrary to the modern viewpoint, will contribute to elevating its position and to changing our point of viewpoint of nature, second, the point of viewpoint undergone a change will have us not to deal with nature at random, and third, it will have us to arouse respects for nature and to get a new attitude of life in coexisting with it.
