백산 안희제의 가학 전통과 유람시 = 장석신의 『남유록』수록 작품을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

〈Baeksan Sicho〉 is a Korean Hansi, the Korean poetry written in Chinese characters, collection of Ahn Hui-je, pen name Baeksan, written before he actively take a part in the Korean resistance movement. This is included in the 19th book of 〈Narasarang〉. Due to the scarcity of Baeksan’s literature, it is evaluated to be a valuable data. In light of the problem that empirical examination on Baeksan’s literature is still insufficient, this paper aims to critically examine the original text of 〈Baeksan Sicho〉 for the first time while contemplating the meaning of the Hansi.
Baeksan grew up internalizing the family philosophy, which was the spirit of loyalty and filial piety, in the atmosphere of the literature publication family who were active in the early 20th century. In 1903, Baeksan participated in two journeys organized by Jang Seo-ksin, one of the elders in the family of his wife. He was 19 years old and 4th year of his marriage at the time. Jang Seok-sin’s 〈Narasarang〉 contains many poetry of the members of the journey and Oesolhoe selected poems of Baeksan and published 〈Baeksan Sicho〉 in 1975. In the preceding researches, editor’s commentary was taken in as the facts and therefore followed editor’s errors in excursion itinerary, size of the members, and the total number of Baeksan’s poems. It was the result of inadequate understanding of the nature of 〈Narasarang〉 which is failing to separate 〈Dongbumrok〉 and 〈Dyuryunsandongyurok> (inluding 〈Ssaynggyedongyurok〉) and took them as the continuous records of a journey. Two trips were indeed organized by Jang Seoksin but the members and place were different and trips were about a month apart. This paper reconstituted Baeksan’s travel poetry with these analysis on the basis.
It was Jang Seok-sin’s care for Baeksan when he accompanied Baeksan in every one of his trips. He wanted Baeksan to develop a great spirit and acquire the true figure of classical scholar, Seonbi. Baeksan was actively involved as themember of the trip while exhibiting his poetic genius. Through composing Chinese poems, he engraved in his hearts the proper attitude of academic exploration, and the righteous mind of a seonbi. This is the literary practice of the family philosophy.
Animportant task left in the study on Baeksan, Ahn Hui-je is discovering new data. As importantly, close examination of the existing texts and thorough criticism of the original text should be preceded as well.
