대학 교수의 핵심 강의역량 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학에서 ‘잘 가르치는 교수’의 핵심적인 역량이 무엇인지를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 A대학 교수 90명을 대상으로 2006년 4월부터 6월까지 심층면접을 실시하여 핵심 강의역량을 도출하였고, 도출된 교수의 핵심 강의역량 의 타당성 검증을 위해 9월에 질문지 조사를 실시하였다. 질문지 조사내용은 분산분석, 중다회귀분석 등을 활용하여 분석되었다. 이러한 연구절차를 통해 연구자는 교수의 핵심 강의역량을 강의준비, 학습자배려, 강의명료성, 강의열의/역동성, 상호작용 및 학습목표도달추구 역량의 여섯 가지로 규명하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the professor's core teaching competency using the Behavior Event Interview and Focus Group Interview methods for the faculty members of a higher education institution.
For this purpose, the researchers conducted the above-mentioned interviews from April to June, 2006. On the basis of the findings of these interviews they developed a questionnaire and administered it to the subject of this study during September, 2006. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/PC program. Analysis of variance, multi-regression analysis, and path-analysis were carried out.
The professor's core teaching competencies of the good professor, which would be differentiated from that of the average one, were identified. The researchers finally figured out the professor's six core teaching competencies: "class preparation," "concern for students," "clarity of lecture," "passion/dynamics in class." "mutual interaction," and "achievement of the teaching objective," These professor's core teaching competencies were verified through the empirical analyses on the questionnaire survey data.
