청소년의 마인드셋, 정서조절, 학업소진, 진로성숙도 간 구조분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 마인드셋, 정서조절, 학업소진, 진로성숙도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울교육종단연구(SELS) 2020의 2차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 총 2,830명의 고등학생 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형으로 검증하였으며, 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 청소년의 마인드셋, 정서조절, 학업소진은 진로성숙도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 마인드셋과 정서조절은 학업소진에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 셋째, 마인드셋은 정서조절에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 마인드셋은 정서조절을 매개하여 진로성숙도에 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 학업소진은 마인드셋과 진로 성숙도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교 및 상담현장에 적용할수 있는 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationships among adolescents’ mindset, emotion regulation, academic burnout, and career maturity. For this purpose, data from the second wave of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study (SELS) 2020 were used, and data from a total of 2,830 high school students were included in the final analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0, and the structural equation model was tested with the significance level set at .05. The results showed that, first, adolescents’ mindset, emotion regulation, and academic burnout had significant effects on career maturity. Second, adolescents’ mindset and emotion regulation had significant effects on academic burnout, and third, mindset was found to have a significant effect on emotion regulation. Fourth, mindset influenced career maturity through the mediation of emotion regulation. Fifth, academic burnout was found to mediate the relationship between mindset and career maturity. Based on these findings, suggestions applicable to school and counseling settings were presented.
