근로윤리척도의 측정요소 분석과 교육적 함의

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기업의 생산성 향상과 국가 경쟁력의 제고를 위한 방안으로 근로윤리에 대한 관심이 높아 지고 있다. 오늘날 근로윤리는 직종, 직급, 심지어 성과 연령에 따라 상이한 것으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 근로윤리에 대한 상대적 인식은 자칫 보편윤리의 가능성마저 의심하게 하여 사 회통합의 저해요소가 될 수 있다. 이와 같은 인식은 근본적으로 근로윤리에 대한 모호한 이 해에서 비롯되며 명확한 의미 규정이 촉구된다. 본 연구는 근로윤리의 개념화를 위해 지금까 지 개발된 근로윤리척도의 측정요소를 분석하였다. 근로윤리는 바람직한 근로에 영향을 주는 가치관, 태도와 관련되는 내면적 요소와 생산적 근로를 위한 다양한 행동적 요소로 구체화된 다. 이와 같은 이해는 교육적으로 중요한 함의를 가진다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As one of options to enhance the efficiency of industrial productivity, increase national competitiveness by industrial technology innovation, interest in work ethics is increasing. These days, work ethics can not be defined by standardized values and attitudes and is perceived as relative by occupations, positions, and even gender and age. Such perceptions, however, pose doubts about the universality of ethics and jeopardize social integration. The relative perception of work ethic is fundamentally attributable to a vague understanding of work ethic, calling forth explicit meaning of work ethic. Accordingly, this study presented the meaning of the work ethics by analysing the work ethic scales. Work ethics is clearly divided into two factors, intrinsic factors, such as the values, attitudes that influence desirable work behaviors, and external factors that affect the productivity. These understandings have various impacts on the field of education.
