의료기기와 전자기기 간 상호작용에 관한 연구 = Research on interaction between medical devices and electrical devices

Electromagnetic problems of medical devices are very important and should be completely managed. Therefore, the hospital manager should be assessed the electromagnetic environment radiated by the medical devices or telecommunication and prepared the method of safe management. In addition, they should be prepared to avoid the electromagnetic interference and susceptibility between the medical devices or other electrical devices. The electromagnetic radiation according to the medical devices in the hospitals has to be measured and analyzed. In this research, the international research trends for the electromagnetic fields from the medical devices, the international standardization trends of the electromagnetic compatibility, and the international guidelines of the medical devices are investigated and classified. Also, the measurement methods and equipments are investigated, and new easy method is suggested. In the hospitals, the electromagnetic field strengths are measured by the suggested method, and the interference experience and the used conditions for medical devices are investigated. Finally, the safe management methods for the electromagnetic fields are suggested by analyzing the measured data results in the hospitals.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

의료기기의 전자파 문제는 매우 중요하며, 철저히 관리되어야 한다. 따라서 의료기관에서 전자파 환경 평가 및 안전관리 방안을 마련하고, 의료기기 간의 전자파 장해 및 내성 실태조사 및 운영 방안을 마련해야 한다. 이를 위하여 의료기관 내에 설치된 다양한 의료기기로부터 발생하는 전자파를 파악하고 의료기기를 안전하게 관리할 수 있는 방안을 도출하며, 의료기기의 전자파 간섭이나 내성에 대한 연구 및 전파사용 현황을 파악하고, 효율적인 운영 방안을 도출해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 의료기기에서 방출하는 전자파에 대한 국내·외 동향을 파악하고, 의료기기의 전자파적합성과 관련된 국내·외표준화 동향을 조사하며, 의료기기의 전자파적합성과 관련되어 국내·외에서 제도적으로 시행되고 있는 기술기준을 조사하였다. 또한, 의료기기 전자파에 대한 연구 동향 및 의료기기로 전자파 측정을 위한 측정 방법 및 측정기기를 조사하였다. 또한, 실제 의료기관 내에서 사용 중인 의료기기에 대한 전자파 노출 실태 조사 연구 및 기기 간의 간섭영향에 대한 시험을 실시하고, 병원 내에 설치되어 있는 의료기기에 대한 사용 실태 조사를 하며, 병원 내에서 사용 중인 전파 실태 조사 및 의료기기에서 방출하는 전자파 노출량을 측정하였다. 측정된 데이터 분석을 통하여 의료기기의 안전관리 방안을 도출하였다.
