유료노인요양시설의 서비스 수준 및 관련요인 - 시설종사자 평가를 중심으로 - = The service level and related factors of charged care facilities for the aged

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of service level and related factors in order to increase quality of service level and develop evaluation tools of charged care facilities for the aged.
Data were collected with structured questionnaire for staffs who agreed with informed consent of this study. Subjects were 180 staffs of 28 in charged care facilities.
The results were as follows. First, in the service level of charged care facilities according to characteristics of subjects, the service level was significantly increased by present years of work. Second, in the service level of charged care facilities according to characteristics of the facilities, the service level was significantly increased by years of establishment, staff meeting. Third, in related factors of service level of charged care facilities according to characteristics of subjects, the service level was significantly increased by present years of work and woman workers. Fourth, in related factors of service level of charged care facilities according to characteristics of the facilities, the service level was significantly increased by years of establishment, staff meeting, aged recuperation facilities.
The present years of work, years of establishment and staff meeting are important related variables which can effect the service level of charged care facilities for the aged.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유료노인요양시설의 서비스수준 및 관련요인을 시설종사자 평가를 중심으로 찾아내어 향후 크게 수요증대가 예상되는 우리나라 노인요양시설에 대한 개선점을 제시하고 표준화된 평가도구를 개발하는데 필요한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 조사대상은 유료노인요양시설에 근무하는 종사자로 전국시설 중 연구에 참여하기로 동의한 180명이었으며, 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 유료노인시설 서비스 수준은 종사자의 현 근무년수에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 사후검정 결과 6개월 미만보다 1-5년미만 근무하고 있는 경우가 서비스 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 개업년수에 따른 서비스 수준은 차이가 있었으며, 사후검정 결과 개업년수가 오래될수록 서비스수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직원회의 개최여부에 따른 서비스 정도는 차이가 있었으며, 직원회의를 개최하는 경우가 하지 않는 경우보다 서비스 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유료노인시설 서비스 수준 관련요인에 있어서 종사자의 특성에서는 현 근무년수가 많은 경우, 여성인 경우 서비스 수준이 높았으며, 시설특성에서는 개업년수가 오래된 경우, 직원회의를 개최하는 경우, 노인전문요양시설인 경우 서비스 수준이 높았다. 본 연구에서는 특히 종사자의 현근무년수와 시설의 개업년수, 직원회의 개최여부가 유료노인시설 서비스 수준 관련요인이면서 서비스 수준에도 차이를 나타내는 주요핵심변수임을 제시하였다.
