The guidance in school is connected in various ways from building up and managing basic attitudes about school life to settling problems which students bring about. The conventional way like disciplinary punishments did not play a leading role in handling cases in violation of school rule. Also, problems - an inconsistent punishment, due process, labeling - in process of handling of cases had a bad effect on changing student`s behavior. To solve them, government changed punishment into guidance in the discipline process. In spite of this policy, the rate of delinquent behavior in school is not decreasing. The purpose of this study is to propose teen court in school for solving the problem of discipline process and filling up the effect of guidance. The teen court in school is based on teen court in American Juvenile Justice. Teen court is the system for decreasing the rate of a second offense. Young people determine the disposition given a broad array of sentencing options made available by adults overseeing the program. The peer association will solve the problem at disciplinary process and make youth act in the school rule.
