      The purpose of this study is to survey students, teachers, and parents' perceptions of school democracy in Gyeongsangnam-do to investigate the current status and situations of school democracy. This study was conducted a complete survey of students, teachers, and parents in Gyeongsangnam-do through the Gyeongnam School Democracy Indicators developed in 2019. As a result, students', teachers', and parents' perceptions of school democracy were reported very positive. To be more specific, girls in elementary schools were more positive than boys. Also, public school students and happy school students were more positive than private school students and general school students. On the other hand, boys in middle schools were more positive than girls, and private school students and Happy school students were more positive about school democracy than public school students, and General school students. Lastly, male students in high schools were more positive than female students, and public school students and Happy school students were more positive about school democracy than private school students and General school students. As educational and administrative fundamental data, the findings can contribute to understanding the current status and situations of school democracy in Gyeongsangnam-do and developing the educational policies of school democracy and democratic administrative operation in our school communities.

      The purpose of this study is to survey students, teachers, and parents' perceptions of school democracy in Gyeongsangnam-do to investigate the current status and situations of school democracy. This study was conducted a complete survey of students, teachers, and parents in Gyeongsangnam-do through the Gyeongnam School Democracy Indicators developed in 2019. As a result, students', teachers', and parents' perceptions of school democracy were reported very positive. To be more specific, girls in elementary schools were more positive than boys.
