기혼여성의 신체적 자아와 색상선호 및 착용색에 관한 조사연구 = A Study on the physical-self, color preference and apparel color of married women.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate of the physical-self, color preference and apparel color of married women.
The physical-self was measured by "self-concept scales" by Wonshik Jung, and the color preference and apparel colors by 42 standard sample colors, the self-administered questionnaires, were analyzed by using Frequency, Mean, Standard deviation and Correlation.
The sample consisted of 210 married women in Seoul, Korea.
The result were as follow:
1) A significant negative relationship were found between physical-self and age, economical level.
2. A significant positive relationship was found between the favorite color and the becoming color.
3. The favorite color of the married women are deep purple, red, green and black, and the dislike color are kahki, red, greenish blue, and the becoming color are black, deep purple and red.
4. The favorite wearing color depended on season are spring-pink, yellow, summer-white, blue, autumn-dark reddish brown, kahki, winter-black.
5. 1) The favorite wearing color tone of a skinny group and a standard group are light color, and a plump group is a original color. The dislike wearing color tone are dark color and the becoming wearing color tone are achromatic color regardless of body types.
2) The favorite wearing color tone of a fair face women are original color, a standard face women are light color, and a dark face women are achromatic color. The dislike wearing color tone are dark color and the becoming wearing color tone are achromatic color irrespetive of a complexion.
6. Blouse color is white, jacket, skirt, pants and coats colors are black of the favorite wearing color item by item.
