빈곤과 가족구조가 아동의 공격성에 미치는 영향 = 방임의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 아동의 빈곤, 가족구조 및 방임과 공격성의 구조적 관계를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행이론에 근거하여 빈곤, 가족구조는 공격성에 대해 직접효과 뿐만 아니라 방임을 통한 매개효과가 존재할 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국아동?청소년패널조사의 3차년도(2013) 자료를 토대로 초등학교 6학년생 아동 총 1,929명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 공격성에 대해 빈곤, 가족구조, 방임이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 빈곤과 가족구조는 방임에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 빈곤, 가족구조는 방임을 매개로 공격성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 실천적·정책적 함의를 논의한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Purpose of the study was to examine the structural relationship among poverty, family structure, neglect and aggression. Based on related theories, the hypothesis was made not only poverty and family structure had direct effects to aggression but also had mediator effects through neglect. An analysis was conducted on 1,929 elementary school students(6th grade) from the data of the third ‘2013 Korea Child and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS)’. The major findings were as follows: First, poverty, family structure and neglect had positive effects to aggression. Second, poverty and family structure had positive effects to neglect. Finally, poverty and family structure had mediator effects through neglect. Based on the results, the implications for social work practice and policy were suggested.
