청소년 성폭력 예방을 위한 사회복지적 접근 - 가해자와 피해자를 중심으로 - = A Social Welfare - Oriented Approach Against The Juvenile Sex Assault - With both the rapist and the victim as the central figures -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to present the countermeasures of social welfare for the prevention of the juvenile sex assault, analysing the actual condition and problem of both the rapist and the victim. The juvenile sex assault as the core problem of the juvenile delinquency needs being approached through the complex measure for the both by being foreseen. The reason of it is that both of them are also the sufferers of the crime and that such crime is not that of simple sexuality but that of the physical, spiritual and characteristic to the growing youths. Accordingly, two kinds of approaches are presented as the dimension of the social welfare. The first are the intervention approach for the rapist and that for the victim as a policy one. The second as a practical one are the same as the first. As a new approach for the prevention of the juvenile sex assault, a legal support system, school`s support one and the masscom`s support one are suggested. The import of this study is to build the assault-free society by foreseeing such assault and helping both concerned.
