예비유아교사가 인식하는 바람직한 교사의 의미 탐색 연구 = The Study on the Meaning of Desirable Teacher from Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers’ Perspectives

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 예비유아교사들을 대상으로 그들이 인식하는 바람직한 교사에 대해 살 펴봄으로써, 유아교사양성과정에서의 교사교육 방향과 그 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 이에 따라 20명의 예비유아교사들을 대상으로 개방형 질문지와 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였 고, 그 결과, 예비유아교사들이 생각하는 바람직한 교사는 교사로서의 전문성을 가진 교 사, 공감하는 교사, 바른 인성을 겸비한 교사로 분석되었다. 예비유아교사들이 인식하는 바람직한 교사에 대해 그들의 목소리를 들어보고, 이를 통해 예비 유아교사들의 교사관 에 대해서도 엿볼 수 있음에 본 연구의 가치를 두고자 한다. 예비유아교사가 인식하는 바람직한 유아교사의 특성을 이해한다는 것은 장차 좋은 유아교사가 되기 위해 노력하는 예비유아교사 자신들 뿐만 아니라 유아교사 양성을 하고 있는 양성기관에도 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to explore the meaning of desirable teacher from pre-service early childhood teachers. To do so, 20 pre-service early childhood teachers’ group interviews and open-ended questions analysis were used to study the understandings of desirable teacher of pre-service early childhood teachers’ perspectives. The results showed that the meaning of desirable teachers are a teacher of class expertise, a teacher of sympathy, and a teacher of positive and desirable character. As a conclusion, this study revealed that establishment of teacher image from pre-service early childhood teachers’ perspectives. Therefore, this study gives the implications for developing teachers’ education program for pre-service early childhood teachers.
