국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 조기 입학에 대한 교사의 인식과 조기 입학 아동의 학교 적응 정도 를 진단해보고 추후 조기 입학 아동에 대한 이해도를 높이고, 학교 생활 적응에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 조기 입학한 아동 1명과 아동이 재학 중인 A 초등학교에서 근무하는 1학년 교사 5명이며 자료 수집을 위해 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 활용하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 교사들은 연구 대상 아동 의 학교 생활 적응 정도는 우수한 편으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 교사들은 연구 대상 아 동의 학업성취도는 우수한 편으로 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 교사들은 연구 대상 아동의 교우관계에 있어 다소 문제점이 보인다고 인식하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 조기입학을 준비하는 아동의 취학 전 가정교육과 유아교육기관에서의 학습 태도와 사회적 기술을 경 험할 수 있는 토대를 마련해야 함을 시사한다. 아울러 본 연구 참여 아동을 대상으로 진 급에 따른 종단 연구를 지속적으로 진행한다면 조기 입학 아동의 학교 생활 적응에 도움 을 줄 수 있는 심도 깊은 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the teacher's perception of early admissions and the degree of early admission children adaptation to school and to provide basic data to enhance their understanding of early admission children and help them adapt to school. Participants in the study were one child who entered the school early and five first-year teachers who worked at A elementary school where the child was attending and used focus group interviews to collect data. First, teachers recognized the degree of adaptation of the children studied to school life as superior. Second, teachers recognized the academic performance of the children studied as excellent. Third, teachers recognized that there were some problems with the fellowship of the children studied. Based on the results of the study, it suggests that children who prepare for early admissions should prepare a foundation to experience their pre-school home education and learning attitudes and social skills in early childhood education institutions. Furthermore, it is believed that continuing to conduct long-term studies on children participating in this study will provide depth information that can help early admission children adapt to school life.
