물류기업의 물류안전 리더십, 물류안전 동기 및 문화, 물류운영성과의 관계 = Relationship between Logistics Safety Leadership, Safety Motivation and Culture, and Logistics Operation Performance in Logistics Companies

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose : This study aims to analyze the relationship between logistics safety leadership such as communication, interest, willingness, and activity of safety on logistics safety, as well as logistics safety motivation and culture, and logistics operation performance in logistics companies.

Research design, data and methodology : Based on previous studies related to logistics safety and safety leadership, measurement questions for each variable were derived, a survey was conducted for employees in logistics companies, and the hypothesis was verified by conducting exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.

Results : As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that communication, interest, willingness, and activity on logistics safety had a significant effects on logistics safety motivation and culture, and logistics safety motivation and culture had a meaningful effects on logistics operation performance.

Conclusions : Logistics companies need to motivate and establish logistics safety through safety leadership such as active communication, interest and support, willingness to practice, and safety activities focussed on site, and ultimately improve logistics operation performance by establishing a safety culture.
