여대생의 성희롱과 성폭력의 인식, 경험과 대처행동 유형과의 상관관계 = The Correlation among Female College Students’ Cognition and Experience on Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence, and Types of Coping Behavior

The purpose of this study is to testify correlations on cognition and experience of sexual harassment, sexual violence and it’s coping behavior types for female college students. Subjects of 211 college students in K-providence were surveyed with voluntary participation and permission. All data analyzed general characteristics, correlations of cognition, experience of sexual harassment and sexual violence using percentage, standard deviation and pearson correlation coefficient with the SPSS/WIN22.0 program. Results showed that the negative correlations were on experience of sexual harassment and sexual violence and alleviation of coping behavior types(r=-0.152, p=.031), experience of sexual harassment and sexual violence and mediation of coping behavior types(r=-0.141, p=.028) and experience of sexual harassment and sexual violence and confrontation of coping behavior types((r=-0.133, p=.016). Therefore, a higher experience rate of sexual harassment and sexual violence means significantly a lower alleviation, mediation and confrontation of coping behavior types for college students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 여대생의 성희롱과 성폭력의 인식, 경험과 대처행동 유형과의 상관관계를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 연구 대상은 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 참여에 동의하여 서명한 K도 소재의 여대생을 연구대상자로 하였다. 응답이 누락되거나 불성실한 경우를 제외하고 211명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 대상자의 일반적 특성과 성희롱, 성폭력 변수의 분석은 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 이용하였으며 대상자의 성희롱 인식, 경험과 대처유형의 관계를 pearson correlation coefficient를 활용하였다. 대상자의 성희롱에 대한 인식을 측정한 결과 평균은 7.84±2.1점으로 나타났으며 성희롱, 성폭력 경험과 완화 간 상관관계(r=-0.152, p=.031), 성희롱, 성폭력 경험과 조정 간 상관관계(r=-0.141, p=.028) 및 성희롱, 성폭력 경험과 직면 간 상관관계(r=-0.133, p=.016)가 부적 상관관계로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 연구는 성희롱, 성폭력 경험 정도가 높을수록 대처유형 중 완화, 조정과 직면은 낮아짐을 확인하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
