아동권리에 대한 보육교사와 부모의 인식 및 이행수준 = Levels of Understanding and Implementation of Parents and Caregiver in Daycare Center toward the Children's Rights

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to examine children’s rights in daycare center. This research was conducted in the categories of survival rights, protection rights, development rights, and participation rights. The study focused on the level of understanding and implementation of daycare center teachers and parents. The results of this study are as follows. First, the understanding of parents in children's rights was marked as the highest however, the implementation evaluation showed a low level in the evaluation.
Secondly, the understanding of teachers was higher in every category than the parents. In an implementation, the survival rights, and protection rights were marked higher from teachers than the parents. Lastly, in comparison of the understanding and implementation of parents and teachers in these four categories, parents and teachers of public daycare center showed the highest understanding, and teachers and parents of home daycare center showed the highest implementation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아동이 경험하는 첫 사회 공간인 어린이집의 보육교사와 부모를 연구대상으로 아동권리 4대 유형인 생존권, 보호권, 발달권, 참여권에 대한 인식과 현장의 이행수준을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사와 부모는 아동권리에 대한 인식이 모두 높게 나타났지만, 이행수준은 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 아동권리에 대한 인식과 이행수준은 생존권에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 그러나 부모의 인식은 보호권에서 높게 나타났고, 이행수준에서는 생존권에서 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이집 유형에 따른 아동권리에 대한 인식은 국공립어린이집 보육교사와 부모에게서 높게 나타났고, 아동권리에 대한 이행수준은 국공립어린이집 보육교사와 가정어린이집 부모에게서 높게 나타났다.
