팀내에서 네트워크 중심성이 사회적 지지와 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 = Network Centrality, Social Support and Self-Efficacy in Team-based Activities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Drawing on a network perspective on social psychology, we argue that a individual can have more social supports and enjoy higher self-efficacy if she/he occupies central network positions that provide access to a variety of resources and supoorts. specifically, we propose that the effect of individual's network centrality on self-efficacy is mediated by social supports. For this research, we collected 172 individual- level network data from students majoring in sports. Our findings are: Firstly, network centrality increased social supports. Secondly, social network increased self-confidence and self-regulating efficacy. Finally, social supports plays a mediating role between network centrality and self-regulating efficacy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

팀제 하에서는 구성원의 관계에 따라 팀 성과가 다르게 나타나기 때문에, 팀 구성원 간의 관계가 중요시 된다. 본 연구에서는 관계의 특성과 구성원의 태도의 관계를 탐색하기 위하여 체육 전공생을 대상으로 네트워크 특성이 사회적 지지와 자기효능감에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 네트워크 중심성은 사회적 지지의 지각을 높이는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 사회적 지지는 자신감과 자기조절효능감을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 네트워크 중심성과 자기효능감에 대한 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 사회적 지지의 자기조절효능감에 대한 부분매개효과는 검증되었으나, 자신감에 대한 매개효과는 검증되지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 할 때, 구성원들 간의 긍정적 관계 형성을 위한 관리자의 능력이 요구되며 활발한 사회적 교환이 이루어 질 수 있는 조직 문화를 정착 시켜가야 할 것이다.
