부동산 행정정보 혁신을 위한 기반 마련에 관한 연구 = A Study for the Innovated Foundation of Real Estate Administration Data (Focused on the Improvement of Cadastral Records)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

부동산 행정정보의 일관된 업무 추진과 대민서비스 향상을 위해 관련 공적장부 18종을 일원화하는 사업이 범국가적으로 추진 중에 있다. 부동산 관련 정보의 근간이 되는 지적자료는 전산화 및 대장/도면의 분리 관리로 불일치 정보가 발생하고 있어 일원화 기반자료로써 해결해야 할 문제를 안고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지적공부의 오류현황을 조사하여 크게 도형오류와 대장오류로 분류하여 유형화하였으며, 유형별 정비방안을 제시하여 지적공부의 정확성을 향상시켰다. 본 연구에서 제시된 정비방안은 향후 부동산 행정정보 일원화 사업과 다양한 분야에서 지적정보가 활용할 수 있도록 기여할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

For an integrated work and improved service on real estate administration information, an unification of 18 official ledger is pushed forward as a national project. The cadastral data which is the basis of real estate information are managed by computerized data and also by books or drawings. These individual management causes information discordance, therefore it must be integrated. This study classifies the error cases of figures and attributes in cadastral records into several categories and improved the accuracy of cadastral records by introducing improved modification methods for each category with the case. The introduced modification methods of this study will contribute to the integrated real estate administration information project and other various fields.
