The present study aims to explore the participation experiences and meanings of the ‘Neonadeul-i’ adolescent peer group program, operated by the K Education Welfare Center in Seoul to enhance adolescents' social skills and foster positive peer relationships. In order to achieve this research objective, a sample of nine participants was selected. The participants comprised six adolescents and one university student mentor who had joined the program in 2024, and two program staffs(experts). One-to-one interviews were conducted between January and February 2025, and the resulting data were analyzed using qualitative case study methods. The analysis yielded a total of 616 meaning units, 82 subcategories, and 19 super-categories. Drawing upon the findings of the present study, a comprehensive investigation is conducted into the participation experiences and meanings of the ‘Neonadeul-i’. In addition, the recommendations for the continuation and improvement of related programs in subsequent research and youth welfare settings were presented. The findings are discussed and suggested for future research are presented.
