지식경영의 성공요인에 관한 문헌적 고찰 = A Literature Review on the Success Factors of Knowledge Management

The main purpose of this study is to classify the major trend on study of the knowledge management, to confirm the criteria on success of the knowledge management and to find the critical success factors of knowledge management through the literature review on antecedent study of the knowledge management. More than thirty-two major studies on the knowledge management were deliberately selected and interpret!vely analyzed to reach the above aim of this study. As a result of the analysis, what have been found are as follows. First, the two major trend of study on the knowledge management were knowledge creation - oriented approach and knowledge management system -oriented approach. Second, the success criteria of knowledge management were financial and non-financial perspective, especially BSC(Balanced Scorecard) reflected both the perspectives, and so BSC was useful tool of measure on the knowledge management. Third, the critical success factors of knowledge management were found in order of ©tool of knowledge management, ②openness of organizational culture and the degree of top management's awareness on knowledge management, ③creativity of organizational culture, ©reward system and ©organizational structure.
