신도시개발시 토지공사 자원관리 정책과정 분석 = Analyzing on Resources Management Policy Process of Koreda Land Corporation in New Town Development

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is based on urban managerial theory. It is very important factor the interrelation among the agents in the urban managerial theory. That is, it means here the agents being called actors in the housing policy process and especially in here land investment policy. Therefore, in this paper it has been analyzed the reason why the housing problems had not been improved for the low income classes especially in the large city. This paper is analyzed that the New Town Plan for two millions houses have not been effective. That is, they mean raising the housing investment resources and distribution systems. To solve the problems we have to take into account land development policy of Korea Land Corporation. Especially policy instrument should be improved in the land development process. In conclusion it is needed the new policy instrument for the raising conditions of the low income classes in new town development of the Korea Land Corporation.
