낱말간 음운적 유사성이 단순언어장애 아동의 빠른 연결(fast-mapping) 수행 전략에 미치는 영향 = The Role of Phonological Similarity of Target Words on Fast-Mapping Strategy of Children with SLI

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 언어연령 4;0 - 5;5세의 단순언어장애 아동과 언어연령 및 생활연령으로 일치시킨 정상아동을 대상으로， 첫째，세 집단이 빠른 연결 수행시 동일한 전략을 적용할 것인가를，둘째，목표낱말이 가지는 기존의 낱말과의 음운적 유사성이 아동들의 빠른 연결 수행 전략에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가를，셋째，기존 낱말과 음운적으로 유사한 낱말들을 빠른 연결하는 능력은 기존의 수용어휘지식과 어떠한 관련이 있는가를 알아보았다. 아동들에게 실제낱말과의 음운적 유사성 정도를 달리하는 세가지 유형의 검사낱말들을 제시하고 낯선 사물과 친숙한 실제 사물 가운데서 참조물을 선택하도록 하였다. 과제 수행 결과에 대해 분산분석을 하고，수용어휘점수와의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과， 첫째，세 집단은 빠른 연결 수행시에 새로운 이름은 새로운 사물에 연합하는 상호배제 전략을 적절히 활용하였으나 둘째, 목표낱말이 실제낱말과 음운적 유사성이 높아질수록 단순언어장애 집단은 정상집단보다 상호배제 전략 적용에 결함을 보였으며，셋째， 단순언어장애 집단과 언어연령일치 집단에서 기존의 낱말과 음운적으로 유사한 낱말의 빠른 연결 수행점수와 수용어휘점수 사이에 정적 상관이 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 단순언어장애 아동들의 어휘 결함의 잠재적 변인에 대해 논의하였다.
