문화예술교육 진흥조직의 기능강화 방안: 한국문화예술교육진흥원의 기능을 중심으로 = Functional Reorganizing Korea Arts and Culture Education Service Organization

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 문화예술교육정책의 패러다임과 정책 환경이 변화함에 따라, 한국문화예술교육진흥원의 역할
과 관리체계를 재설계하고, 향후 문화예술교육 사업 강화를 위한 발전전략을 제시하는 데 목적을 두고
있다. 이와 관련하여 우리나라에서 문화예술교육 프로그램을 주관하는 한국문화예술교육진흥원의 기능과
정책 사업 현황을 분석하고, 이러한 기능과 사업을 효과적으로 추진할 수 있는 조직구조와 운영체계를
탐색하였다. 또한 문화예술교육정책 사업의 사업환경 및 지원방식 변화함에 따라 한국문화예술교육진흥
원의 장기적 발전 전략을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study dealt with functional reorganizing Korea arts and culture education service
organization. To do this, this research focused on the role of management system of the Korea
Arts and culture education service (Korea ArtE) in the changing environment of Korean
governmental cultural policies. Functions and state of key businesses of the Korea ArtE were
analyzed and effective organizational structure and operating system for the businesses were
explored. Also short-term functional deployments and mid-and-long term development
strategies of the Korea ArtE were proposed.
