This study is an attempt to interpret Japan rural villages with an approach on environmental sustainable development in rural Areas. This Study can be summarized as follows the results :<br/>
1) This thesis reach a conclusion that successfully rural development call for voluntarily inhabitants and using the regional resources.<br/>
2) Korea Rural Villages need to development of regional resources, Eco-tourism, cultural exchange between urban and rural village.<br/>
3) From now on korean rural village demand to democratic self governmental system and research on regional identity, development of regional resources.
