This study is divided into the take-off stage and landing stage for Turn-out and Parallel vertical jumps and researched the transfer of pressure centers and distribution of pressure in each cases The subject in this study was one dancer with 15 years of experience. The maximum pressure during Turn-out vertical jump was 146.0 N, and the average pressure 61.6 N. Also, during take-off, the average pressure was 73.0 N and 58.3 N during landing, showing a little more pressure during take-off. For Parallel vertical jump maximum pressure was170.7 N and avenge pressure 77.4 N During take-off, the average pressure w 73.0 N and 81.7 N for landing. showing a little more pressure during landing. For study on pressure distribution in the foot sole, the sc1e was divided into l0 zones for this finding. During Turn-out and Parallel vertical jumps, for the heel zone (zone 1,2) the inner part showed greater pressure and it was similar for both take-off and landing. Also, the first central foot zone (zone 5) and the first outside bone zone (zone 8) showed heavy pressures. Especially during landing. when the first outside bone zone touched the surface, the first outside bone and the first central foot bone zones showed heavy pressures.
