다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Assessment in the view point of constructivism is constructing understanding about learner through collecting information in terms of many-sided and continuous manner. It pursuits to assess each individual learner`s holistic and constructive traits in the level of contents, and it pursuits contextual authenticity in assessment and communicativeness among many sorts of information in the level of methods. We have to involve not only constructing text meaning but also learning, reading for problem-solving, cooperative reading, attitude toward reading and reading habits, monitoring and controlling reading processes in order to realize the ideal of constructivism in reading assessment. These six categories of contents consist of not parallel relation but hierarchical relation in each other. Although we have to use many kinds of assessment types evenly among all in order to realize the purport of constructive reading assessment, also we can use holistic assessment, direct assessment, process assessment, continuous assessment, non-formal assessment, qualitative assessment, self assessment, peer assessment more often which fit in with constructivism. And we can use such assessment tools as thinking-aloud method, thinking-writing method, portfolio method, questioning method, observing method which coincide with constructivism. Also KWL excise paper can be effectively used to realize the purport of constructive reading assessment.
