The purpose of this study is to analyze the theories and practices of HwaRangDo organization in order to study its history of organization in the light of the modern organization theory. Above all, because the study on the origin of HwaRangDo organization is very important, this subject is proved. As well, the important organization creeds are proved. And not only important nine theories like father-emperor thought, democratic leadership etc. but also important practices like Blitzkrieg, the vanguard unit etc. in the unification of three kingdoms are proved. The high effectiveness of HwaRangDo organization is principally caused by the rational management of ShinLa`s organizational theorists and practitioners, and so Balguen organization thought must be succeeded to in contemporary.
