학업 우수 여자청소년들의 진로장벽과 진로포부의 종단분석 = Longitudinal Analysis of the Reciprocal Effects of the Perceived Career Barrier and the Career Aspiration of Academically Excellent Female Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리나라의 학업 우수 여자청소년들을 대상으로 진로장벽과 진로포부를 3차례에 걸친 종단 추적 설문지를 통하여 측정하고 이들의 종단적 변화 추이 및 상호관련성을 자기회귀교차지연 분석방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 종단 연구 첫 해의 참여자는 총 435명이며, 2차 년도는 378명, 3차 년도는 355명이 참여하였다. 분석결과 우수 여자청소년들이 지각하는 진로장벽과 진로포부 수준은 3년간에 걸쳐 안정되게 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교차지연계수를 통하여 진로장벽과 진로포부 간의 시간에 따른 인과관계를 분석한 결과에 따르면 1차 년도의 진로장벽이 2차 년도의 진로포부 수준에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 2차 년도의 진로포부 수준은 3차 년도의 진로장벽에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 상호작용효과가 있음을 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 학업 우수 여자 청소년들의 진로상담에 차별적인 상담적 개입이 필요함과 후속연구에 관련된 시사점을 제시하였다.
