학교조직에서 학습조직 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 = The study on the Program Development of Learning Organization in School Organization

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The strategies to develop learning organization program are to be searched for the direction of application at the scene of education through the three levels of basic formation, practical learning application, and the generalization.
The levels of basic formation is composed to introduce the learning organization program and to plan an activities for learning orientation. In particular, it is important to create intimacy between members. The practical learning application is to apply the five key disciplines of learning organization; personal mastery, shared vision, mental models, team learning, and system thinking. The contents of practical program are emphasized the principles of learning organization as follows: refining individual vision(personal mastery), reflection and inquiry about school(mental models), alignment for common direction(shared vision), formation of frame for teacher training(team learning), shift to extensive approach(system thinking). The levels of the generalization is to announce the results of the program activities and to share feels of learning activities.
