    The purpose of this study is analyzed the accommodation for the young early childhood with disability in national and public kindergarten. Researcher review the Discrimination Prohibition Law for the handicapped people and the standards of the kindergarten's accommodative facilities realities. The research results are as follows: First, the suitable facilitative rate of the obligatory facility is 47.0%, simple facilitative rate is 89.5% and suitable facilitative rate include the recommended facilities is 45.1%, simple rate is 86.4%. Generally, it is insufficiently facilitated the accommodative facilities. Second, There are technical assistance such as low vision assistance(7.8%), crutches(6.8%), wheelchair(6.5%), expansion of the screen(5.4%) in the kindergarten. In conclusion, they didn't seldom offer the technical assistance. It is necessary to increase the budget and institutional improvement.
