레저골프산업의 수익성 개선방안에 관한 실증적 연구 = An Empirical Study on the Profit Improvement of Leisure Golf Industry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 골프산업의 특성, 골프장 이용자의 만족도, 골프장의 경영성과에 대한 회계처리상의 문제점과 골프경영자의 수익성 변수인 조세부담회피요인을 실증ㆍ분석하여 합리적인 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 골프산업의 특성 중 골퍼의 특성(이용자 소득, 이용비용)과 조세환경이 골프만족도와 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석함으로써 한국골프산업의 수익성 개선방안을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 골프산업의 수익성 개선방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 골프산업의 조세환경을 개선하여 골프경영자의 조세부담회피요인을 줄이기 위한 세율인하가 이루어져서 골프장 이용료가 낮게 책정되어 골프인구의 확산과 대중화가 되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 환경 친화적인 골프장의 건설을 위한 지방자치단체의 불모산지와 불용토지의 적절한 개발을 통하여 지역주민의 공동참여와 이해당사자의 투명한 회계처리와 배당을 실시해야 한다. 셋째, 한국골프산업을 국가관광차원에서 다른 관광레저산업과 연계하여 골프관광을 활성화하여야 한다. 정부차원의 문화관광정책의 수립을 통한 골프이용자와 골프산업의 수익성모델을 구축해야 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study presents a reasonable scheme for growth by proving and analyzing the problems in the finance of golf industry and the cause of tax avoidance which is a profit variable of golf industry managers. The purpose of this study is to present the scheme for growth (profit improvement of golf management) for Korean golf industry by analyzing how specific characters of golfers has an influence on the golf satisfaction and the management result (profit of golf managers).
In conclusion, to raise the profit of golf links, taxation equity should be realized, balance of taxation should be applied and the level of golf link user's satisfaction and the use frequency(access of use) should be improved. If so, this study has verified, the profit factors of golf manager (taxation system factor, financial factor, tax moral factor, tax knowledgable factor, social factor) would be changed. The golf industry in Korea should be researched and studied to build leisure town and to attract foreign tourists to Korea for national interests, closely connected with leisure industry against slack seasons. Besides establishing the profit model of manager and the all-round tourist information system will be a contribution to the growth of golf industry and the rationalization of management in Korea.
