60대 두 여성의 명상메일 경험의 의미 탐구 = Exploring the Meaning of the Meditation Mail Experience of Two Women in their 60s

The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of meditation-mail through the stories of women in their 60s about their experiences with meditation-mail, and how do they live with meditation-mail in their lives? is to explore. The researcher discovered three meanings of meditation emails from the research participants. First, meditation mail serves as a ‘lighthouse of life’ and a ‘compass of life’. Second, meditation mail gives me the desire, desire, and motivation to want to be like that. Third, meditation mail allows artists to live their lives from cultural consumers to cultural producers. Research participants experience positive emotions such as gratitude, love, comfort, and encouragement in their daily lives through the medium of meditation mail, and through meditation mail, which is a genre of meditation photos, poetry, and music, through visualization and storytelling. Promotes internal healing and growth.
