상담대학원 석사과정생의 상담자 되어감에 대한 내러티브 탐구 = A Narrative Inquiry into Becoming a Counselor of Counseling Graduate School Master’s Student

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study began with concerns and doubts about whether I, a master's student, was becoming a proper counselor. Accordingly, in order to explore what it is like for master’s students who are growing into counselors to ‘become a counselor’ and what meaning their experiences have in their personal lives, we explored the narratives of three research participants enrolled in a master’s program at a counseling graduate school. In the process of learning counseling, master's students sometimes deviate from the scope of their own perception, sometimes expand it, and sometimes stay in place. However, each person was becoming a counselor in their own way. This study improved the understanding of master's degree students becoming a counselor. Above all, it is significant in that it reveals that the development of counselors does not follow a single developmental model.
