대전지역 창업보육센터의 성과와 발전방안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 대전지역 창업보육센터 소장, 입주기업, 그리고 졸업기업을 대상으로 대전지역 창업보육센터의 성과를 분석하였다. 분석의 주요내용은 대전지역 창업보육센터의 소장, 입주기업, 졸업기업의 특성 파악과 창업보육센터의 주요 성과지표인 입주 및 졸업기업의 지역경제 기여도, 창업보육센터 지원서비스의 질과 효과성, 입주 및 졸업기업의 성공적 육성과 기술상업화 지원, 입주 및 졸업기업의 지역착근과 네트워크 지원 등이었다. 대전지역 창업보육센터의 각 주요 성과 항목을 분석하는 과정에서 입주기업과 졸업기업, 선형모형 창업기업과 비선형모형 창업기업, 그리고 기업 R&D혁신 창업기업과 대학 및 연구소R&D혁신 창업기업을 비교하여 성과요인을 도출하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research explored performances of the business incubators in Daejeon concentrating on managers of business incubators, tenants, and graduate companies. The study analysed four primary subjects as the leading outcome indices of the business incubators : 1) the characteristics of incubator managers, tenants, and graduates, 2) the contribution of tenants and graduates to regional economy, 3) the quality and effectiveness of business incubator's support services, 4) successful nurturing services and technology commercialization support for tenants and graduates, and 5) support activities for taking root in Daejeon of tenants and graduates and for forming their networks with community. In the process of analyzing each staple result of business incubators in Daejeon, the performance factors were derived from comparing tenant and graduates, start-ups on the linear model and the non-linear model, and start-ups on the R&D innovation in corporation and the R&D innovation in university and research institute. Lastly, the study suggested development strategies of the business incubators in Daejeon.
