This study is research on developing management of the group home for community based rehabilitation. Here we reveal the results from this study, improving quality for the institution proposal are concluded as below.
First, it is needs to assist group home financially in stable foundations. Secondly, it is necessary to establish professional program in management factor and employees factor. Third, it is necessary to reinforce relationship
people with disabled, their parents, community. Forth, it is necessary to organize group home association for the promotion of service development and net-working. Fifth, it necessary to make suggest an alternative plan for
reform service quality and install group-home in community.
