지능형 교통체계의 구축을 위한 교통관련 법제도의 개선 방안

Today, various intelligent transportation means such as autonomous vehicles, futuristic urban railways, autonomous ships and drones are being developed. And the Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems(C-ITS) is establishing that connects comprehensive traffic information networks through V2X and IT information communication, a two-way information exchange, and performs autonomous control based on Big Bata, IoT, Cloud, AI. This is a new change in the transportation system due to the development of IT information and communication technologies and the advent of artificial intelligence. Autonomous Cars are a representative example of intelligent transportation, but other transportation cards that link buses and trains, Hi-Pass, and bus arrival notification applications are also thanks to ITS. New types of autonomous flying devices such as drones are also widely used in real life. In addition, autonomous ships and smart ports are gradually becoming a reality in our society. This intelligence of the transportation system has been made possible thanks to the development of science and technology such as IT information communication and artificial intelligence, but the support of the relevant transportation legislation system must be followed to institutionalize ITS. At the same time, the enactment and revision of ITS-related traffic laws that can support the intelligentization of the transport system and legal expenses for other adjacent laws are being made. Currently, the representative law to support the intelligent transportation system is the National Integrated Transportation System Efficiency Act. In addition, with the development of intelligent transportation means such as autonomous vehicles, BRT, and drones, individual traffic laws are being enacted one after another. These laws are mainly composed of a system of support laws for intelligent transportation means or transportation systems. However, since the main purpose of the traffic law is traffic safety, it is urgent to prepare a regulatory law for traffic safety as well as support. Tests and verifications of transportation means and systems, and security and certification are the contents that should be supplemented with ITS transportation related laws and regulations. In the establishment of the ITS Act, it is also a legal task to establish the basis for civil and criminal matters such as criminal liability and fines for violations of laws and regulations, who is responsible for traffic accidents, and how to compensate for damages. In addition, various existing traffic laws and regulations related to intelligent transportation means and systems are being revised, but there are still incomplete, conflicting, or conflicting contents, which must be revised and supplemented. At the same time, adjacent laws and regulations related to the intelligentization of transportation systems such as protection of personal information, security and authentication should be continuously revised.

본 연구는 지능형학습시스템 활용에 따른 교사교육 전략에 관한 것이다. 지능형학습시스템 활용은 교수학습에 상당한 영향을 미칠 수 있는데 이에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 지능형학습시스템의 개념과 역할, 그리고 개발 실태에 대한 분석을 하고 지능형학습시스템 활용에 필요한 교수학습 유형, 교사교육 프로그램 개발에 필요한 전략을 제시하였다. 지능형학습시스템은 적용형학습시스템, 고급 가상학습 시스템이라고도 불리며 학습자의 학업 배경, 학습태도, 반응 수준에 따라서 학습내용을 차별적으로 제공하는 인공지능응용프로그램으로서 국내외에서 개발 운영하고 있다. 국내에서는 경남교육청 아이톡톡시스템, 해외에서는 민간과 대학을 중심으로 개발하고 있는데 Mathia, Thinkster 등 국내외 모두에서 수학 교과가 주류를 이루고 있다. 이러한 지능형학습시스템의 핵심 역할은 학습자를 지속적으로 모니터링, 평가하면서 학습자의 스타일과 수준에 적합한 콘텐츠를 제공하는 것이다. 구체적으로 퀴즈 제공과 피드백, 언어학습 시스템, 학습자 커뮤니티 모니터링 시스템 등이 있다. 한편 이와 같은 시스템 활용에 적합한 교수학습 유형은 개인화학습, 적응형학습, 역량중심수업, 블랜디드학습으로 제시하였다. 개인화수업은 기존부터 존재했던 수업 유형인데 지능형학습시스템으로 현실화된 것이며 역량 중심 수업은 같은 공간, 같은 시간에 학습하는 형태를 탈피하여 목표를 달성할 때까지 학습을 진행한다는 개념의 수업유형이다. 이에 필요한 교사 교육 전략은 지능형학습시스템을 활용하기에 적합한 교육내용 선정 방법을 안내해야 하며, 교사가 수업의 보조자 역할을 이해하고 실천하는 방법에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 또한 지능형학습시스템 및 인공지능 이해 프로그램을 운영해야 한다. This study is about the teacher education strategy according to the use of the intelligent learning system. The use of intelligent learning systems can have a significant impact on teaching and learning, but studies on this are insufficient. Accordingly, the concept, role, and development of the intelligent learning system were analyzed, and the types of teaching and learning required for the use of the intelligent learning system and strategies necessary for the development of teacher education programs were presented. The intelligent learning system, also called an adaptive learning system or advanced virtual learning system, is an artificial intelligence application program that differentially provides learning content according to the learner's academic background, learning attitude, and response level, and is being developed and operated at home and abroad. In Korea, the Gyeongnam Office of Education's System is being developed overseas, with private universities and colleges developing it. Mathematics subjects are the mainstream in both domestic and foreign countries. The core role of such an intelligent learning system is to provide content suitable for the learner's style and level while continuously monitoring and evaluating the learner. Specifically, there are quiz provision and feedback, a language learning system, and a learner community monitoring system. On the other hand, the types of teaching and learning suitable for using such a system were presented as personalized learning, adaptive learning, competency-oriented class, and blended learning. Personalized learning is a class type that has existed before, but it has been realized with an intelligent learning system. Competency-oriented learning is a class type with the concept of learning until the goal is achieved by breaking away from the form of learning in the same space and time. The necessary teacher education strategies should guide how to select the appropriate educational content to utilize the intelligent learning system, and it is necessary to educate the teacher on how to understand and practice the role of an assistant in class. In addition, an intelligent learning system and artificial intelligence understanding program should be operated.
Implementation of Development Environment for Intelligent Gadget System

본 논문은 지능형 Gadget 시스템의 개발환경 구현에 관한 논문이다. 지능형 Gadget 시스템에서 사용된 임베디드시스템 응용 프로그램과 리눅스 커널의 구조 및 동작에 대해 논하고 지능형 Gadget 시스템에 필요한 기능 및 구성 요소에 대해 조사 및 분석을 통한 리눅스 커널과의 동작 및 기능 검증 구현을 보인다. 새로운 지능형 임베디드 시스템의 하나인 Gadget 시스템에 적용 가능하도록 요구되는 기능과 동작을 구현하고 새로운 소형 운영 체제를 위한 개발에 적용 가능하다. 그러한 소형 운영체제는 지능형 개인정보서비스를 위한 임베디드 Gadget 시스템으로써 지능형 정보화 기능을 지원하고 새로운 소형 운영 체제를 탑재한 시스템의 개발에 적용 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 지능형 임베디드 Gadget 시스템과 응용 개발을 위한 개발환경 구현에 대하여 기술한다. This paper describes the environment configuration for the development of an embedded gadget system and the architecture and operation of Linux kernel for embedded system applications, which is used for a gadget. It shows and analyzes the operations of Linux kernel to investigate the functions and components for new intelligent embedded gadget systems. The requested functions and operations adaptable for the new intelligent embedded system will be applicable to develop a new small size operating system that supports intelligent operations for the embedded gadget system used for intelligent personal information services. We configure the environment of development for an embedded gadget system and its application.
Implementation of an Integrated Controller for a Robot Hand Base on a Vehicle Communication System

Intelligent robots commonly adopt Network-Based Control Systems (NBCS). For control of a robot hand or a robot head, many sensor data and control commands need to be transmitted in real time, so they have necessitated communication systems with high transmission capability. Traditionally, CAN is widely used for intelligent robots, but it presents bandwidths that are too low for the control of a high performance system. In this paper, the relation between the transmission period and the performance of a multi-motor control system is analyzed, and a multi-motor control system for a human robot hand is implemented based on the FlexRay communication system, which is an emerging in-vehicle communication network system. FlexRay parameter optimization for a robot system is studied, and a real position control test is conducted, to validate the implemented system.

국민들의 삶의 수준이 올라감에 따라 자연 친화적인 수공간 조성을 갈망 하게 되고, 이른바 녹색기술(Green Technology) 이 각광을 받고 있다. 이러한 녹색공간에 문화적 콘텐츠를 도입하여 물, 음악, 자연을 정서적 언어표현의 도구로 활용한다. 현재 수경관은 시나리오 제작자에 의해 단독으로 만들어져 피동적인 연출만 하는 추세이다. 하지만 비용적인 면과 연출의 한계성에 국한되어, 기존 및 신설되는 수경 사업에 인터넷 기반 및 PC기반의 통합 제어 시스템에 대한 관심과 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분수대 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로 기존의 programmable logic controller (PLC)나 산업용 PC에 국한되어 운영하던 제어방식을 PC방식의 그래픽 화면으로 각종 분수(음악분수, 바닥분수, 생태연목 등)를 통합적으로 운영 관리, 제어할 수 있도록 개선된 지능형 녹색통합제어시스템 개발을 하였다. 또한 자동 기상 감시 시스템을 구축하여서 주로 실외에 설치가 되는 녹색경관시스템을 시변적인 실외 상황에 대해서 예측 제어 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. In the growing standard of people’s lives, we want desire to create eco-friendly water space what is called the Green Technology that is in the limelight. These green space is introduced the cultural contents and we use the water, music, and nature as tool of emotional verbalism. Presently, when we want to make scenario, water landscape scenario is made by director. but these systems have some disadvantages as the cost and limitation of direction. There is a growing interest in the integrated control system based on PC and Internet. In this paper, it is about fountain control system. Previous research area was only one using programmable logic controller or industrial PC. we proposed the development of intelligent green fountain culture system for healthy emotional self-concept. And we made automatic weather sensing system that is designed by the intelligent green fountain culture system to estimate the time-variant system.
개인 맞춤형 수학 학습을 위한 인공지능 교육시스템의 기능과 적용 사례 분석

Mathematics is a discipline with a strong systemic structure, and learning deficits in previous stages have a great influence on the next stages of learning. Therefore, it is necessary to frequently check whether students have learned well and to provide immediate feedback, and for this purpose, intelligent tutoring system(ITS) can be used in math education. For this reason, it is necessary to reveal how the intelligent tutoring system is effective in personalized adaptive learning. The purpose of this study is to investigate the functions and applications of intelligent tutoring system for personalized adaptive learning in mathematics. To achieve this goal, literature reviews and surveys with students were applied to derive implications. Based on the literature reviews, the functions of intelligent tutoring system for personalized adaptive learning were derived. They can be broadly divided into diagnosis and evaluation, analysis and prediction, and feedback and content delivery. The learning and lesson plans were designed by them and it was applied to fifth graders in elementary school for about three months. As a result of this study, intelligent tutoring system was mostly supporting personalized adaptive learning in mathematics in several ways. Also, the researcher suggested that more sophisticated materials and technologies should be developed for effective personalized adaptive learning in mathematics by using intelligent tutoring system.
ANSI/EIA 709.1을 사용하는 지능형 제어모듈개발을 통한 화재 경보시스템의 새로운 설계방안

빌딩자동제어시스템은 여러 서브시스템의 통합을 통한 고도의 서비스 제공, 관리비의 절감 등을 효과적으로 실현할 수 있다. 통합운전의 전제조건은 표준 프로토콜을 가진 개방형 네트워크를 이용하여 합리적인 네트워크 설계에 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 BAS에 가장 걸림돌이 되었던 화재경보시스템(소방법 명칭)을 ANSI/FIA 709.1인 LonTalk 프로토콜을 이용하여 BAS에서의 통합을 위한 개념적인 새로운 설계방안을 제시하였다. 기존 시스템에서 사용되는 중계기를 대체하는 지능형제어모듈을 개발하고 이를 이용하여 개방된 지능형 화재경보시스템의 설계방안을 제안한 것이다. 이는 오보률의 저감 실현은 물론 빌딩의 통합운전에도 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다. There are many economic and operational reasons to integrate fire alarm signaling system with other building automation system Integration of this requires open network with the standard communication protocol and careful design practices. The important point for this is also the development of intelligent control modules for replacing the conventional zone adapter in fire system. Therefore, this paper proposes an new conceptual design of the open distributed fire alarm signaling system for the integration of BAS and a new intelligent control modules with LonTalk protocol. Newly proposed additions to LonWorks network make it very well suited for integrating fire systems with other building automation systems. Additionally, it is very important that best design practices, test procedures and building codes need to be modernized to accommodate integrated building systems.

An Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) is being developed for the Korean APR1400 nuclear power plant (NPP) to enhance decision-making and reduce human error under normal and abnormal conditions. As a non-safety monitoring prototype, the IDSS is currently in development. While traditional Man-Machine Interface Systems in NPPs face risks from software and hardware failures, the integration of deep learning introduces further challenges, particularly those related to open-source software and adversarial AI threats. This study presented a comprehensive system-related risk management chain to address these issues. Risk factors in the IDSS’s development and operation were identified using the NUREG/CR-6430 risk assessment methodology. Based on this, a management plan was established, including administrative and technical controls. Administrative measures addressed licensing and cybersecurity for open-source components, while technical controls aimed to protect against cyber intrusions and maintain IDSS performance. The proposed risk management chain is expected to reduce operational losses and improve efficiency in NPP applications. It also supports the safe integration of intelligent systems into nuclear operations. Future efforts will apply the management chain across the IDSS development lifecycle to validate its effectiveness and expand its application to broader intelligent system deployment in NPPs.
An Enterprise-level System View for the Intelligent Grid in Korea

The power system in Korea has played a central role as the core infrastructure of the industrial society through stable supply enabled by continuous innovation and development of power technology for the past century. The importance of reliable, high-quality electrical power continues to grow as society enters into a new era of economics driven by digitally-based technologies. Enabling the digital economy of the future will require an intelligent power grid based on information infrastructure. For the implementation of the intelligent grid, the enterprise-level system view needs to be defined first in the aspect of the whole power system. In this paper, the enterprise-level system view for the intelligent grid in Korea is described. It will support the implementation of the intelligent grid for the utilities having power system environments similar to Korea and give a guideline to identify an intelligent application from the enterprise-level point of view.

Stock and News Application of Intelligent Agent System

Recently, there has been active research conducted on the intelligent agent in various fields. The results have been widely applied to intelligent user-friendly interfaces. In this system, we modeled, designed, and implemented an intelligent agent system that can be applied to stock and news. Some procedures such as login sequence to the web site, process to get stock information, setting stock in concern, intelligent news system module, news analysis module, and news learning module are modeled in detail and described in block diagram level. In our experiment on stock system, it showed quite a useful alarming screen avatar result and also on news system. it successfully rearranged the order of the news according to the user's preferences.
