Today’s society is knowledge society based on knowledge that influences competitiveness of a company. In particular, domestic construction companies of Korea are having many difficulties with unstable factors at home and abroad. They use knowledge transfer, sharing as one of the methods to solve these problems. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of knowledge sharing and use on internal factors and project outcomes using structural equation model. This study is to investigate, through causal relationship (SEM), how the Knowledge of Construction firms affect the Project organization characteristic, Relational characteristic, Management environment characteristic, Project out come of the Korean construction firms. The findings are that the knowledge sharing of construction firms appears to have a positive effect on the Project organization characteristic, Relational characteristic, Management environment characteristic. Relational characteristic and Management environment characteristic have a positive effect on the Project outcome.
A HIGHER ORDER SPLIT LEAST-SQUARES CHARACTERISTIC MIXED ELEMENT METHOD FOR SOBOLEV EQUATIONS

In this paper, we introduce a higher order split least-squares characteristic mixed element scheme for Sobolev equations. First, we use a characteristic mixed element method to manipulate both convection term and time derivative term efficiently and obtain the system of equations in the primal unknown and the flux unknown. Second, we define a least- squares minimization problem and a least-squares characteristic mixed element scheme. Finally, we obtain a split least-squares characteristic mixed element scheme for the given problem whose system is uncoupled in the unknowns. We establish the convergence results for the primal unknown and the flux unknown with the second order in a time increment.

An exact characteristic equation is obtained for the cantilever beam with stopper at auxiliary position. To verify the reliability of the equation, the result is compared the result of clamp-free beam and clamp-hinge beam characteristic equation. In this paper suggested the selecting Technique of hinge constraint location for natural frequency modification on the cantilever beam using presented equation and graphs.

In this paper, we present a split least-squares characteristic mixed finite element method(MFEM) to get the approximate solutions of the convection dominated Sobolev equations. First, to manage both convection term and time derivative term efficiently, we apply a least-squares characteristic MFEM to get the system of equations in the primal unknown and the flux unknown. Then, we obtain a split least-squares characteristic MFEM to convert the coupled system in two unknowns derived from the least-squares characteristic MFEM into two uncoupled systems in the unknowns. We theoretically prove that the approximations constructed by the split least-squares characteristic MFEM converge with the optimal order in L<sup>2</sup> and H<sup>1</sup> normed spaces for the primal unknown and with the optimal order in L<sup>2</sup> normed space for the flux unknown. And we provide some numerical results to confirm the validity of our theoretical results.

영재학생의 개인특성, 가정환경, 학교환경과 자기조절학습능력과의 구조적 관계

본 연구의 목적은 영재학생의 개인특성, 가정환경, 학교환경의 수준에 따른 자기조절학습능력을 살펴보고 구조적 관계 모형 분석을 통해 변인 간의 관계를 규명하여 영재학생의 자기조절학습능력 향상을 위한 가정과 학교의 교육적 지도에 대안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 지역, 학년, 성별을 고려하여 대학부설 영재교육기관과 초등학교 영재학급에서 영재교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 초등학교 4학년에서 6학년 학생 415명을 연구대상으로 개인특성검사, 가정환경검사, 학교환경검사와 자기조절검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 영재학생의 개인특성, 가정환경, 학교환경의 수준에 따라 자기조절학습능력에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개인특성, 가정환경, 학교환경의 상위집단에 속한 영재학생의 자기조절학습능력이 하위집단에 속한 영재학생의 자기조절학습능력과 비교하여 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 영재학생의 개인특성은 자기조절학습능력에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가정환경과 학교환경은 자기조절학습능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만 학교환경의 경우 개인특성을 매개로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영재학생의 개인특성, 가정환경, 학교환경과 자기조절학습능력과의 관계에 대한 새로운 이해를 제공하고 영재학생의 자기조절학습능력에 영향을 미치는 개인특성과 학교환경의 중요성을 경험적으로 검증하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine self-regulated learning of gifted students depending on their level of individual characteristic, home environment and school environment, to identify the relationships between variables by establishing and analyzing the structural equation model. In order to conduct this study, 415 elementary students, in gifted programs from the fourth grade to the sixth grade, were selected as subjects for study in consideration of their regions, grades, and gender. Collected data was analyzed by setting the structural equation model based on theoretical and empirical frame. The results were as follows. First, there were significant differences of self-regulated learning of the gifted depending on the level of individual characteristic, home environment, and school environment. Second, individual characteristic has the direct effect on self-regulated learning ability. Home environment and school environment don t have the direct effect on self-regulated learning, but school environment has the mediated effect on self-regulated learning through individual characteristic. The effects of individual characteristic, home environment and school environment of the gifted on self-regulated learning were verified through the structural equation model, and the integrated relation between variables were clarified. This study could have significance as the empirical test that investigates the importance of individual characteristics and school environments on the self-regulated learning ability of gifted students.

Chung’s Equation-XII에 의한 목재 4종의 화재위험성 및 화재위험성 등급 평가 적용

The fire risk and fire safety of four types of wood were comprehensively evaluated according to Chung’s equation-XII. White ash, willow, fraxinus mandshurica, and sagent cherry trees were selected as test specimens. A cone calorimetery (ISO 5660-1) was used to examine the combustion characteristics of the test piece, and finally, the fire risk rating (FRR) was predicted using the fire risk index-XII (FRI-XII). The predicted fire performance index-X (FPI-X) and fire growth index-X (FGI-X) ranged from 469.03 to 1109.73 s<sup>2</sup>/kW and 0.0009 to 0.0280 kW/s<sup>2</sup>, respectively. Additionally, the fire performance index-XI (FPI-XI) and fire growth index-XI (FGI-XI) ranged from 0.41 to 0.97 and 1.11 to 3.11, respectively. The fire risk index-XII (FRI-XII), representing a fire risk rating, showed that the fire risk of frasxinus mandsurica tree (FM) was very high at 7.60 (fire risk rating: D). And it was compared with Chung’s equation-IX, fire risk index-IX (FRI-IX). The fire risk ratings according to FRI-IX and FRI-XII were generally high for willow and frasxinus mandsurica trees. Additionally, the results of FRI-XII and FRI-IX had a similar relationship, and the size of each fire safety rating closely matched each other.

The TANK model has been widely used in rainfall-runoff modeling due to its simplicity of concept and computation while achieving forecast accuracy. A major barrier to the model application is to determine parameter values for ungauged watersheds, leading to the need of a method for the parameter estimation. The objective of this study was to develop regression equations for estimating the 3th TANK model parameters considering their variations for the ungauged watersheds. Thirty watersheds of dam sites and stream stations were selected for this study. A genetic algorithm was used to optimize TANK model parameters. Watershed characteristics used in this study include land use percent, watershed area, watershed length, and watershed average slope. Generalized equations were derived by correlating to the optimized parameters and the watershed characteristics. The results showed that the TANK model, with the parameters determined by the developed regression equations, performed reasonably with 0.60 to 0.85 of Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency for daily runoff. The developed regression equations for the TANK model can be applied for the runoff simulation particularly for the ungauged watersheds, which is common for upstream of agricultural reservoirs in Korea.
하천 수리특성을 고려한 확률론적 유속공식에 의한 하천유량 산정

수위만의 함수로 작성되는 기존의 수위-유량관계곡선식을 개선하기 위하여 비교적 쉽게 취득할 수 있는 하천의 폭, 넓이, 윤변, 하상경사 등 기본적인 수리특성인자를 활용하고 확률론적 방법인 엔트로피 기법을 연계하여 하천 유량을 산정할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 평균유속과 최대유속과의 관계를 분석하여 하천의 평형상태를 나타내는 엔트로피 함수를 도출하고, 이를 활용하여 하천 수리특성 인자가 반영된 유속공식으로 하천유량을 산정하는 방법이다. 캐나다 알버타 대학 등에서 제공된 수리실험실 및 지연하천 수문자료를 활용하여 유량을 산정한 결과 기존 수위-유량관계곡선식에서 추정된 유량에 비해 오차가 작고 실측치에 근사하여 개선효과가 큰 것으로 분석되었다. To improve stage-discharge curve equation considering water level's function, this study suggested the method that can efficiently compute rivers discharge based on hydraulic characteristics such as river width, area, channel bed slope and entropy concept adopting probabilistic approach. This scheme is proposed to estimate discharge from the velocity formulation based on the entropy function in the equilibrium state derived from the relation between mean and maximum flow velocity. It has been tested using field and laboratory hydraulic data collected from the Alberta university in Canada. As a result it was found that the method proposed in this study was more efficient and accurate comparing with the traditional stage-discharge curve equation.
HYPERBOLIC EQUATION FOR FOURTH ORDER WITH MULTIPLE CHARACTERISTICS

In this paper, a class of initial value problem of hyperbolic equations for fourth order with multiple characteristics is considered and can be solved analytically by variable transforms. Also, similar to Goursat's problem we present a direct integration technique for finding a new solutions of an inhomogeneous hyperbolic equation of fourth order such that the attached conditions are given on its multiple characteristics.
