        경골 근위부 골채취를 위한 내측 및 외측 접근법시의 삼차원적 길이계측

        Purpose : The aim of this study was simply assessing linear measurements in the lateral and medial approach, respectively, for bone harvesting using anatomic and three-dimensional (3D) computed tomographic (CT) analyses on a dried cadaveric proximal tibia. In addition, the availability of the three-dimensional computed tomographic (3D-CT) analysis was also estimated. Materials and methods : Ten dried proximal tibia were obtained from five Korean cadavers. Four the reference points, the SM (superior-medial), IM (inferior-medial), SL (superior-lateral), and IL (inferior-lateral) were marked around the tibial tuberosity. The PM (posterior-medial) and PL (posterior-lateral) points were randomly marked at points farthest from the lateral and medial reference points, respectively, in the posterior border of the superior articular surface of both condyles. All measurements were obtained on the dried proximal tibia. After computed tomography had been performed, the three dimensional images were reconstructed using V works 4.0™ (Cybermed Inc., Seoul, Korea), and the length between the reference points were measured three dimensionally using the method described above. The error between the mean actual and mean 3D-CT measurements was calculated in order to determine the availability of the three dimensional computed tomographic analysis. Results : The length between the reference points was greatest at the IL-PM, which averaged 65.39 mm±10.35. This was followed by the SL-PM with 63.24 mm±8.10, the IM-PL with 58.09 mm±10.02, and the SM-PL with 51.99 mm±9.06. The differences between the IL-PM and SM-PL were 13.4 mm. The mean values were 55.04 mm in the medial approach and 64.32 mm in the lateral approach, and the differences between medial and lateral were 9.28 mm. The error between the mean actual and mean 3D-CT measurements was 0.31% and the standard deviation was 0.28%. Conclusion : The anatomical and three dimensional computed tomographic analysis indicates that there was only a 9.28 mm linear difference between the lateral and medial approach. This is consistent with previous studies, which showed that there was little difference between the two approaches in terms of the bone volume. In addition, the error (0.31%) and the standard deviation (0.28%) were considered low, demonstrating high accuracy of 3D-CT. Therefore it can be used in preoperative treatment planning.

        음영분석에 의한 내시경 영상의 3차원 형체 추정에 관한 연구

        A new numerical method estimated three dimensional shape of the internal surface of the stomach by analyzing the shading data of endoscopic image. First analyzed was the inherent instrumentational characteristics of the endoscope system, followed by the analysis of the stomach surface properties, both of which affected the imaging properties. We employed these prior informations to implement the iterative algorithm of shading analysis based on Hom's variational approach. The present algorithm was validated by performing simulation on a $256{\times}320$ image data chosen from original $512{\times}512$ image of the stomach surface model. The best 3-dimensional estimation of the surface was achieved with the Lagrangian multiplier, of 0.3, when the algorithm best converged showing minimal estimation error.

It`s just a process of trial and error and caught in a vicious circle. Due to this reason, this paper uses a three-dimensional measuring instrument, a commercial analysis package of injection molding(Moldflow, MPI) to analysis a state of flux.         Analysis of orthotropic plates by the two-dimensional generalized FIT method

        In this study, the two-dimensional generalized finite integral transform(FIT) approach was extended for new accurate thermal buckling analysis of fully clamped orthotropic thin plates. Clamped-clamped beam functions, which can automatically satisfy boundary conditions of the plate and orthogonality as an integral kernel to construct generalized integral transform pairs, are adopted. Through performing the transformation, the governing thermal buckling equation can be directly changed into solving linear algebraic equations, which reduces the complexity of the encountered mathematical problems and provides a more efficient solution. The obtained analytical thermal buckling solutions, including critical temperatures and mode shapes, match well with the finite element method (FEM) results, which verifies the precision and validity of the employed approach.

        A STUDY ON THE KOREAN MARKER CONCATENATION

        This paper aims to investigate the linguistic nature and the intrinsic mechanism(s) of the Korean Marker Concatenation from a cognitive perspective. Upon its realization that a majority of the previous research are influenced by universalism-related perspectives, the paper employs the mechanism of the Korean Argument Realization (Lim 2004, 2010a) within Cognitive Linguistics as an alternative approach. Subsequently, it suggests the significance and the effectiveness of a cognitively oriented interdisciplinary theory (with "Three-dimensional Illustrations of the Korean Argument Realization" and "hierarchy-sensitive Non-thematic Event Arguments" in focus). And, as to language typology, the directionality in each argument projection and the degree of formal alteration in the argument realization are proposed as major variables in cross-linguistic formal changes. These suggestions are to provide important insight on intralingual/interlingual operations as the linguistico-cognitive mechanism may be related to the intrinsic nature of translation (cf. manipulation) especially in terms of the selection of specific viewing frame(s) (cf. Event Schemas).

        Diagnostic Issues of Depressive Disorders from Kraepelinian Dualism to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition

        Because the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition (DSM-IV) was mainly influenced by the neo-Kraepelinian approach, its categorical approach to defining mental disorders has been criticized from the viewpoint of etiological neutrality. In the context of bridging the gap between “presumed etiologies-based symptomatology” and “identifiable pathophysiological etiologies,” the content in 5th edition, the DSM-5, has been revised to incorporate a combination of categorical and dimensional approaches. The most remarkable change of note regarding the diagnostic classification of depressive disorders in the DSM-5 is the splitting of mood disorders into bipolar disorders and depressive disorders, which is in accordance with the deconstruction of the Kraepelinian dualism for psychoses. The transdiagnostic specifiers “with mixed features,” “with psychotic features,” and “with anxious distress” are introduced to describe the relationships of depressive disorders with bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, and generalized anxiety disorder, respectively, in a dimensional manner. The lowering of the diagnostic threshold for major depressive disorder (MDD) may be caused by the addition of “hopelessness” to the subjective descriptors of depressive mood and the elimination of “bereavement exclusion” from the definition of MDD. Since the heterogeneity of MDD is equivalent to the Wittgensteinian “games” analogy, the different types of MDD are related not by a single essential feature but rather by “family resemblance.” Network analyses of MDD symptoms may therefore need further review to elucidate the connections among interrelated symptoms and other clinical elements.

        개념결합 처리과정에 대한 관계 - 기반 접근과 차원-기반 접근의 조망 차이

        이 연구는 개념결합의 처리과정에 대한 관계-기반 접근과 차원-기반 접근의 설명을 대조하고, 그 함의를 고찰하고자 하였다. 실험 1에서는 두 가지 조망 중에서 차원-기반 접근을 채택하여 내재적/외재적 자질 간 구분을 통한 처리과정의 차이를 검토하였다. 내재적 자질에의 의존도가 높은 개념, 즉 내재적 개념이 수식개념으로 사용될 때, 개념결합의 해석이 촉진되는 경향이 나타났다. 이 결과는 개념결합의 처리는 성분개념 내부의 정보에 의해 결정된다는 개념-내적 설명의 타당성을 보여준다. 실험 2에서는 관계-기반 설명을 지지하는 Gagn?(2000)의 결과를 차원-기반 설명으로 재분석해보기 위해 그의 연구에서 사용한 개념들의 외재성을 검토하였다. 관계적 개념결합 조건에서의 개념 외재성이 그렇지 않은 조건에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 두 실험 결과는 차원-기반 설명과 관계-기반 설명이 개념결합에 실제로 관여하는 정보의 다양성에 의해 통합될 수 있는 가능성을 시사하였다. 논의에서는 이 연구가 개념결합 연구에서 갖는 함의와 추후 연구방향을 제시하였다. This study tried to contrast the relation-based and the dimension-based explanations and to suggest its implications on the noun-noun conceptual combination. In experiment 1, we investigated whether the dimension-based approach and intra-conceptual explanation can explain both thematic relational and property interpretations of conceptual combinations based upon the intrinsic and extrinsic features of constituent concepts. We defined intrinsic(or extrinsic) concepts according to the degree of dependency on intrinsic(or extrinsic) features. Property interpretation was facilitated when modifiers were the intrinsic concepts. This result implies that processing of conceptual combination can be influenced by the structures and information of constituent concepts. In experiment 2, exocentricity of the concepts used in Gagne(2000) was examined to reanalyze her data according to the dimension-based approach. The exocentricity was higher when the concepts were combined by their relational connections. Results of experiment 1 and 2 suggest the possibility that both approaches can be integrated through the diversities of information involved during interpreting conceptual combination. Implications and future directions of this study were discussed.

        (한)국어 교재의 실제성 논의의 새로운 방향

        The purpose of this study is to throughly examine the main concept of ‘authenticity’ in Korean language education, then propose a fresh direction to explore it. Although ‘authenticity’ is a frequently-used important term in language education, it doesn’t seem that there is any explicit theoretical consensus on this concept. Currently it is high time to critically examine previous research on authenticity and clarify its meaning. To achieve the purpose, this study conducted a extensive literature review on the practical aspects of authenticity. The range of the review articles are as follows: 1) research in the field of Korean language education as a mother tongue and Korean language education as a second language, 2) research conducted overseas as well as in Korea. Mostly the main focus is given to the trends and issues surrounding authenticity. Through the review, this study verifies that there have not yet been sufficient inquiry on authenticity and many articles on authenticity have been narrowly considered with linear and one-dimensional approach. Based on these examinations, this study proposes an invigorating way of exploring authenticity as follows: Firstly, authenticity should be regarded as a relative concept with various degrees; secondly, authenticity should be explored with multi-dimensional approach, especially with ‘construct-interpretation’ frame.

        가상현실 콘텐츠의 교육 과정 운영을 위한 중학교 교육 환경에 대한 연구-교육 품질의 질적 제고를 중심으로

        Purpose: This study started with the question of how to use Virtual Reality (VR) contents as a part of the non-face-to-face education tool that has recently attracted attention. Methods: In this paper, the use of VR contents as an educational tool is explained as a process of 'new media access dimension'. The question was explored on why Virtual Reality (or Augmented Reality) contents are not used as educational tools in the educational field. Results: As a result, the lack of ‘material access’ such as devices and infrastructure affects ‘motivational access’ approach stage, which is the previous stage. Again, it has a negative effect on literacy, which is ‘skill access’ approach stage. As it was found that it was not circulating to the level of “motive-material- skill-usage”, it was discussed that it was taking a different step from the past adoption process of ICT and smart media. Conclusion: Based on this, it is believed that immersive content will contribute to arousing interest that can be applied and spread in the educational field, and it is also thought that it will be possible to derive academic interest in the educational effect according to the characteristics of immersive content such as VR.

        NUMERICAL SOLUTION OF A CLASS OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL NONLINEAR VOLTERRA INTEGRAL EQUATIONS OF THE FIRST KIND

        In this work, we investigate solving two-dimensional nonlinear Volterra integral equations of the first kind (2DNVIEF). Here we convert 2DNVIEF to the two-dimensional linear Volterra integral equations of the first kind (2DLVIEF) and then we solve it by using operational approach of the Tau method. But for solving the 2DLVIEF we convert it to an equivalent equation of the second kind and then by giving some theorems we formulate the operational Tau method with standard base for solving the equation of the second kind. Finally, some numerical examples are given to clarify the efficiency and accuracy of presented method.
