도시축소 현상 분석에 따른 도시공간 변화의 유형 구분과 특성 - 부산시 영도구를 대상으로

부산시 영도구는 심각한 인구 감소 문제에 직면해 있으며, 이에 따라 건물 공실 현상도 발생하고 있다. 인구와 건물은 공간 활용의 핵심 요소로, 쇠퇴 공간의 식별과 연구는 그 재생과 전환 방안을 모색하는 데 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 본 연구는 2014년 ~ 2024년 영도구의 100M×100M 격자 인구 및 건축 연면적 데이터를 바탕으로, 해당 지역의 공간 변화 특성을 심층 분석하고 이를 성장형, 집합형, 갱신형, 쇠퇴형, 안정형의 5가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 영도구의 공간 쇠퇴 현상이 심화되고 있으며, 성장형과 집합형 공간의 비율은 크게 감소한 반면, 쇠퇴형 공간의 비율은 크게 증가했다. 또한 안정형 공간의 비율이 높게 나타나며, 이 공간들이 쇠퇴형으로 전환될 가능성에 대한 경계가 필요하다. 본 논문은 각 유형의 공간 특성, 형성 원인 및 이에 따른 발전 전략을 논의하였다. 연구는 도시 축소 배경에서 인구 증가를 무조건적으로 추구하기보다는, 공간 배치 최적화, 사회적 지속 가능성 향상, 주민 생활 질 개선 등 다양한 방법을 통해 인구 감소 문제에 대응하고, 지역의 지속 가능한 발전을 촉진할 필요가 있다고 주장한다. The Yeongdo District of Busan is facing a severe population decline, accompanied by a significant number of vacant buildings. Population and buildings are key elements of spatial utilization. Identifying and studying declining spaces is crucial for exploring their regeneration and transformation strategies. This paper, based on 100m × 100m grid population and building data from Yeongdo District collected between 2014 and 2024, analyzes the spatial changes in detail and categorizes them into five types: Growth, Cluster, Renewal, Decline, and Stable. The results indicate that spatial decline is intensifying in Yeongdo District. Specifically, the proportion of growth and cluster spaces has significantly decreased, while the proportion of decline spaces has increased substantially. Meanwhile, stable spaces occupy a high proportion, raising concerns about their potential transition into decline spaces. This paper also examines the characteristics, causes, and development strategies for each space type. The study suggests that, in the context of urban shrinkage, blind pursuit of population growth should be avoided. Instead, the challenges posed by population decline should be addressed through spatial optimization, improving social sustainability, and enhancing residents' quality of life to promote the region's sustainable development.

온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 사용자의 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증 연구

We investigate factors affecting chatbot use intention of online shopping mall users. We identify theoretical foundations from the literature and postulate that accuracy, personalization level, intelligence, intimacy, social presence, and piracy concern should affect intention to use more or negative intention to use. Based on 300 responses from online shopping mall chatbot users in Korea, we run the statistical analysis to assure the reliability and validity of the measurements. From the multiple regression analysis, we find that personalization level, intelligence, social presence, and privacy concerns significantly affect intention to use more. In contrast, we find that accuracy and privacy concerns significantly affect negative intention to use. This work will present pragmatic implications upon the design and management of chatbot in order to not only incent customers to use more but reduce factors that may cause negative use intention. Among functional factors, personalization and intelligence increases the intention to use more while accuracy decreases negative intention to use. Among emotional factors such as intimacy and social presence, we find that only social presence significantly increases intention to use more. Privacy concerns is found to decrease intention to use and increase negative intention to use.
