    • 한려해상국립공원 동부지역 만지도, 연대도, 비진도, 소매물도의 식생구조 및 식물상과 모새나무(Vaccinium bracteatum) 특성 연구

      This study was conducted to identify the vegetation structure and flora fo r the managing and preserving the natural environment of Manjido, Yeondaed o, Bijindo and Somaemuldo islands in the Eastern Part of Hallyeohaesang Na tional Park. A colony of Vaccinium bracteatum, a specific plant, was found i n the retail map among the books in this study and the characteristics of its habitat were investigated. For the vegetation survey, a total of 68 quadrangu lar plots (400㎡) were set in Manjido, Yeondaedo, Bijindo and Somaemuldo. The location environment was identified and analyzed using the number of s pecies of trees. As a result of classifying the vegetation community, Manjid o appeared as two clusters : Cluster Ⅰ(Pinus thunbergii-Ulmus parvifolia-C eltis sinensis) and Cluster Ⅱ(Pinus thunbergii-Albizia julibrissin-Celtis sine nsis), Yeondaedo appeared as three clusters : Cluster Ⅰ(Pinus thunbergii-C eltis sinensis-Machilus thunbergii), Cluster Ⅱ(Pinus thunbergii-Platycarya s trobilacea), and Cluster Ⅲ(Pinus thunbergii), Bijindo appeared as three cluste rs : cluster Ⅰ(Pinus thunbergii-Castanopsis sieboldii-Cinnamomum yabunikk ei), Cluster Ⅱ(Pinus thunbergii-Celtis sinensis-Ulmus parvifolia), cluster Ⅲ (Castanopsis sieboldii-Prunus sargentii- Argusia sibirica), Somaemuldo appe ared as three clusters : cluster Ⅰ(Pinus thunbergii-Castanopsis sieboldii), c luster Ⅱ(Castanopsis sieboldii-Machilus thunbergii), and cluster Ⅲ(Castanop sis sieboldii-Pinus thunbergii). Species diversity indices by cluster were 0.2 385~0.6689 for Manjido, 0~0.8158 for chronology, 0.5414~0.9016 for nonJindo, and 0.4689~0.7478 for retail distribution. For the four islands’ flora, 802 taxa appeared, including 127 families, 430 genera, 709 species, three subspecies, 75 variants and 15 formas. Rare plants where 30 taxa appeared (by IUCN). As for Korean specialty plants, 18 taxa appeared. Dynamic certain plants appeared in 173 taxa. 63 taxa were surveyed for naturalized plants, with an urbanization index of 19.63% and a naturalization rate of 7.86%. In salt plants, 46 taxa appeared. Looking at the flora of each island surveyed, Manjido was 98 families, 305 genera, 464 species, 3 subspecies, 56 variants, 8 varieties and 531 taxa. 37 taxa appeared as naturalized plants, the urbanization index was 10.76%, and the naturalization rate was 6.97%. In Yeondaedo, 116 families, 369 genera, 570 species, 3 subspecies, 66 varieties, 12 varieties and 651 taxa appeared, There were 21 taxa of rare plants, 12 taxa of endemic plants in Korea, 121 taxa of phytophyte, 40 taxa of halophytes and 50 taxa of naturalized plants. The index was 14.53% and the naturalization rate was 7.68%. In Bijindo, 121 families, 394 genera, 619 species, 3 subspecies, 70 variants, 15 varieties and 707 taxa appeared. 23 taxa of rare plants, 14 taxa of endemic plants in Korea, 144 taxa of phytophyte specific plants, 39 taxa of salt plants and 54 taxa of naturalized plants. The urbanization index was 15.70% and the naturalization rate was 7.64%. In Somaemuldo, 97 families, 274 genera, 406 species, 1 subspecies, 45 variants, 9 varieties and 461 taxa appeared. There were 9 taxa of rare plants, 6 taxa of endemic plants in Korea, 101 taxa of phytophyte specific plants, 33 taxa of halophytes and 36 taxa of naturalized plants. The urbanization index was 10.47% and the naturalization rate was 7.81%. In Somaemuldo, 70 moss trees about 25 years old were investigated. 23 families, 33 genera, 32 species, 4 variants, 9 varieties and 461 taxa appeared. The native soil was sandy loam, the average soil pH was 4.9 and the organic matter content was 25~37g/kg. In addition, effective phosphoric acid, K + , Ca2+ , Mg2+ and electrical conductivity (EC) were 19∼25mg/kg, 0.21∼0.47cmol/kg, 1.1∼3.0cmol/kg, 0.7∼1.4cmol/kg and 0.5-1.2dSm-1 , respectively.     • 한반도 남부 저수지 유역에서 생산된 유수-바람기원 현생화분의 군집특성 연구

      한반도 남부지역의 지형, 기후 및 식생군락의 특성이 반영된 현생화분의 산출특성을 파악하고, 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 현생화분 채집은 8 곳의 저수지에서 2017년 04월부터 2019년 04월까지 2 년간 진행되었으며, 2017년 4월부터 2018년 3월까지는 저수지 표층 퇴적물 채집, 2018년 4월부터 2019년 4월까지는 풍매화 포집을 실시하였다. 77개의 저수지 퇴적물 시료에서 목본화분 2과 4아속 29속, 초본화분 16과 12속, 수생식물화분 4속을 동정하였고, 32개의 풍매화 포집 시료에서 목본화분 2과 4아속 24속, 초본화분 9과 7속, 수생식물 1속을 동정하여 현생화분 산출도표를 작성하였다. 동정결과를 이용하여 군집 분석을 실시한 후 시료 간의 연관성을 분석하였다. 유수기원 화분자료는 6개의 집단으로 구분되었으며 각 집단의 구성은 저수지별로 이루어졌고, 바람기원 화분자료는 4개의 집단으로 구분되었으며 각 집단의 구성은 채집시기별로 이루어졌다. 주성분 분석을 실시하여 각각의 화분자료에 생산에 영향을 끼친 주요 요인을 분석하였다. 유수기원 화분자료에 영향을 끼친 첫 번째 요인은 식물이 생육하는 토질의 상태이며, 두 번째 요인은 내륙-해안과 같은 저수지의 지리적 위치이다. 바람기원 화분자료에 영향을 끼친 첫 번째 요인은 식물별 개화시기이며, 두 번째 요인은 식물이 생육하는 토질의 상태이다. Bray-Curtis 비유사도 분석을 실시하여 저수지 간의 유사성을 분석하였다. 유수기원 화분자료의 비유사도 분석 결과, 전반적으로 유사도가 높게 나타났으며 내륙지역에 위치한 저수지들의 유사도가 해안지역에 위치한 저수지들의 유사도보다 높게 나타났다. 바람기원 화분자료를 통한 분석 결과, 전반적으로 유수기원 화분자료의 유사도에 비해 낮게 나타났으며, 저수지에 따른 유사도의 특징은 확인할 수 없었다. 모든 분석 결과를 종합하면 유수를 통해 퇴적된 화분은 지역적 범위에서 생육환경 및 지리적인 요인에 영향을 많이 받았고, 바람을 통해 포집된 화분은 계절의 변화 및 개화시기의 영향을 많이 받은 것으로 해석된다.

    • 더덕 화분의 형태학적 특성에 관한 연구

      본 연구에서는 더덕 화기발달 초기단계에서 완전 성숙단계까지 화분의 외부 형태학적 특성을 조사, 분석하고, 칼륨-특이적형광 염료인 PBFI (Potassium-benzofuran isophthlate)와 형광 현미경을 사용하여 더덕의 화분발달 과정 중 칼륨의 분포 양상을 조사하여 화분발달과 칼륨의 관계를 분석하였다. This study was conducted to get basic information on the morphological characteristics of Codonopsis lanceolata (Sieb. & Zucc.) Trautv. pollen. Morphological characteristics were observed using scanning electron microscopy. Distribution of potassium on the pollen surface was investigated using the potassium sensitive fluorescent dye, potassium-binding benzofuran isophthalate (PBFI) and confocal laser microscopy. C. lanceolata pollen is a single medium-sized grain. The pollen viewed at the equatorial axis is oblate or suboblate spheroidal shape. There are very short spinules over the surface forming a particular surface. It has 9 colpates distributed evenly on the surface. Colpus length covers more than 2/3 of the distance from pole to pole. The edges of each aperture are lined with spinules. The apertures were visible on the immature pollen from the young closed flower. On the mature pollen, the apertures were fully developed and prominent forming a complete 9-colpate shape. Fluorescence of PBFI was observed evenly on the pollen surface except the aperture areas in both immature and mature pollens, indicating that potassium is distributed evenly on the pollen surface except the aperture areas. This finding is different from the previous observations of heavy distribution of potassium on the aperture areas in barley and sesame pollens.

      This study is to analyze a portrait which Educable Mental Retardates paint and to see psychological meaning though that feature. So we could discore following fact though the result of study. 1. They are usually using a very intense primary color, color reference of mental retardation which showing in the study is order of blue, yellow, red. As looking is psychological meaning of color, this approchs to heteronomy feature, obedience feature, affection deficiency disease, their behavior features. 2. Three-dimensional expression was nearly ignored and inclined to depend on partial ways. Therefore, In the picture of mental retardation, pupil, ear. eyebrows are very often omitted. Also, they often exaggerate or retrench some parts. This, by a want of association power, attributed to want of overall space concept. 3. The rate of round shape is highly shown in the picture of mental retardation. This is the same result that a round shape is highly preferred in a case of mind and body handicapped children, infant behavior problem childrens, autistic children, round shape psychologically gives a sense of security, a recurrence to the interior of the womb, nostalgia for the beast of mother and we can analogize that universal phase which fills in a bosom of mother unconsciously operates. 4. Mental retrdation have a inclination that adopts composition of model in a center of scene. In a case that paints two model, boy puts man model on left, girl puts woman model on left. Especially, the right model of the two model is greatly shown. The above featues will provide a diagnosis of mental retaradation art learning guidance with a new basis. Psychological meaning of color and line is only hypothesis, if we have fixed idea for mental retardation. We can contract their modeling actions.
