      • 정보화 사회에 대비한 사회과 교육의 대처방안에 관한 연구

        정보화 사회에서는 폭발적으로 증가하는 지식과 정보를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 능력 즉 정보의 탐색과 그 활용 능력이 그 어느 때 보다도 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 사회적인 요구에 부응하여 우리의 사회과도 변화가 필요한 시기가 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회과 교육의 교육과정에 대하여 고찰해 보았고 학교교육에 있어서 정보통신기술의 의의와 정보통신기술을 활용한 교수·학습 변화에 대한 방안을 모색하고 인터넷을 활용한 수업방법을 제시하였다. 오늘날 현대사회는 '제2의 산업혁명'으로 불리는 정보화 사회로 전환하고 있다. 정보가 무한가치를 창출하는 자원으로 인식되고, 수많은 자료를 통하여 새로운 정보를 얻어야만 살아 남을 수 있는 정보경쟁, 정보가치시대가 된 것이다. 정보화 사회는 컴퓨터를 기반으로 하는 최첨단 정보 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 계속적인 정보량 폭증 및 정보내용이 급변함에 따라 지식 및 정보습득 능력이 중시되는 사회이다. 정보화, 세계화 시대의 도래와 함께, 오늘날의 한국교육은 그 어느 때보다도 강력한 대내외적인 도전을 받고 있는 가장 큰 도전 가운데 하나는 바로 과학기술을 바탕으로 한 정보, 지식의 엄청난 팽창 속도이다. 컴퓨터와 정보통신기술의 발달은 세계화, 정보화 시대를 가속화시킬 뿐만 아니라, 멀티미디어와 초고속 정보통신망을 탄생시켜 인간의 생활양식과 사고는 물론 교육의 패턴마저 바꾸게 하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 정보화 사회의 도래로 21세기에 맞는 새로운 교육패러다임이 요구되고 있다. 새로운 교육패러다임의 필요성이 제기됨에 따라 기존의 교육의 내용이나 목표, 방법 등이 새롭게 구성되고 있다. 특히 교수방법의 다양성을 통해 많은 지식을 학습자가 능동적으로 학습하고 재구성하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 그 이유는 종전의 교수에서 중시되었던 기초의 중요성은 감퇴되고 있으며 지식과 정보를 선택하고, 분석하고, 비판하고, 정리하는 능력이 중시되고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 변화의 방향을 반영하여 우리 나라 학교 교육은 광복이후 6차에 걸쳐 교육과정의 전면적 개편이 있었고 그때마다 사회과도 변화가 있었다. 특히 제7차 교육과정 개정 방향을 주도한 교육개혁위원회가 교육개혁방안의 하나로 "정보화 사회 적응력 함양을 위한 교육의강화"를 제시함으로써 정보화에 대응한 교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 정보화 시대, 이러한 변화 흐름에 맞추어 새로운 교육패러다임을 성공적으로 완성시킬 수 있는 수업 도구가 바로 정보통신기술을 이용한 교수·학습이다. 정보통신기술을 활용한 교수방법은 학생들이 무한경쟁, 정보경쟁시대를 살아가는 데 있어 꼭 필요한 능력을 신장시킬 수 있는 교수방법이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 정보화 사회에서 가장 적합한 교수·학습 방법중의 하나로 정보통신기술을 활용한 교수방법이 새롭게 대두되고 있으며 정보통신기술을 이용하여 많은 정보와 지식은 물론 학습자의 능동적 수업참여를 유도할 수 있다는 점에서 꼭 필요한 교수방법이라고 할 수 있다. 사회과 교육은 지식을 전달하는 데 그치지 않고 학습자가 지식을 능동적으로 구축해 나가고 다양한 매체를 이용하여 학습의 효과를 극대화시키고 또한 학습자가 학습에 흥미를 가지고 목표에 도달해 가도록 하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 하루 빨리 교단의 선진화 작업이 이루어져야 하며 교사들도 인터넷이나 미디어를 다루는 기술을 습득하고 관심을 가지고 수업에 적극적으로 활용하는 자세를 가져야 한다고 본다. 또한 많은 양의 정보를 취사 선택하는 안목을 키워주는 정보 소양 교육도 필요하다고 본다. In the information society we need the ability to use the explosively increasing knowledge and information effectively or the ability to search and use the information much than before. Now Social Studies Education should be changed to meet such social needs. Therefore, this study covers followings, the examination on the curriculum in the subject of Social Studies, the meaning of Information Technology in the school education, search on the ways to the change in teaching and learning using information technology, presentation of teaching method by internet and suggestion on the direction of change in Social Studies Education. Contemporary society transform into information society, so called 'The second industry revolution' nowadays. Most people cognize the information as a resource Which brings infinite value. That is to say, It is information - struggle, Information - value time. Owing to development contemporary-information-communication technology, it brings amount of Knowledge to increase, moreover, its contents are changing radically. therefore, We should try to get a ability to gather Knowledge and information in information age. Nowadays, reformation is the requirement of Education in Korea, because our age become informative and globalize, and education on Korea should compete with lots of foreign country. Now school-education is threaten with speedy expansion-velocity of information and Knowledge that based on science-technology. On account of development on computer and information-communication technology, our age become informative and globalize more quickly, besides it brings multimedia and super high-speed information-communication web that change our life, living manners, way of thinking, and even, pattern of education. Therefore, Most people request new paradigm of education 21C, what is called, information age. Because of many requests of new paradigm of education, tradition is transformed. for instance, its contents, object, and method are organized again. Especially, Most reformers intend that students practice lots of knowledge activity. It is the reason that basic-knowledge is not important any more. On the contrary, most people are concerned with higher abilities such as, choosing, analysing, criticizing and summarizing knowledge or information. The school education in our country has been extensively revised 6 times since National liberation. Especially since the Education Reformation committee, who leads the direction of revision in 7th curriculum, mentions the strengthening of education to cultivate the social adaptation in the information society as a way of education reformation, the importance of the education to go with information has been empathized. In information age, Education-practice of using computer is most effective implement for achieving new education-paradigm. Education-practice of using ICT assist for students to promote their ability which enables to living in infinite struggle, namely, information-struggle age. Therefore, most instructors assert that most effective teaching-method is using ICT. We can gather a lot of information and knowledge by using internet, and participate in class more actively. nevertheless most instructors insist that we have to use ICT for effective teaching, they can not propose realistic or specific method on using ICT. In my research, I insist that we strive for ideal education surrounding. In a new direction of school education, every students can attain knowledge for himself, advance in his knowledge, accomplish his aims with interest. For realizing ideal education surrounding, Most of all, We innovate in our education-practicing system. Besides, Instructors should learn skills of using internet or mass-media, apply for class with eagerness, and educate students for choosing useful information by pointing moral instruction.

      • 情報化社會의 基本權과 秩序維待 : 情報保安과 警護安全을 중심으로

        130001 The Korean society is rapidly getting information-oriented, as a result, it is exposed to various social crimes. So many dangers are waiting everywhere inside the society, which threaten our lives and properties, from personal safety to menace to war between nations. And it is an actual situation that the problem of national security is particularly important in Korea, because of the antagonistically confronting situation between the North Korea and the South Korea. This thesis examined the relationships between citizens' basic human right and the national security, from the viewpoint of guard and defense, and mentioned various dangers and patterns of crime, also, closely examined the study subjects that should be considered in case that the above two major rights are confronted with each other. Therefore, the general conception of the national security and its meaning on Constitutional Law are studied. And the national security area that manages the secrets of individuals, companies, organizations, as well as nations, the disaster management area that deals with the disasters caused by both the nature and human affairs, the cyber crimes that are being committed according to the rapidly developed information-oriented society as well as the globalized international world, and other diversified social crimes such as terror, narcotic drug, financial crimes are carefully investigated. And the desirable directions that the guard and defense business had better be followed in order to secure the citizens’ fundamental human right and keep the public welfare and public order are detected, too. The contents of this thesis are summarized as follows; First, the human right is the very value that should be kept and realized in order to unite the social cooperation, and the right above thing can be secured only by the nation. Therefore, the right of the national security is also important. The two values, citizens’ fundamental human right and the national security interest cannot be neglected at the same time, therefore, the confrontation relationship between these two values should be considered. In addition, the fundamental human right can be restricted for the purpose of the national security, the public order, and public welfare. Secondly, the press in the society functions as an achievement method in order to criticize and restrain the process in the government’s policy decision and execution, and as results, the press takes part in achieving the ultimate goals of the political systems, that is, striving for people's unification and making their feeding of wholeness. However, often, the function of press can possibly be abused in a wrong direction, such as a partial political means, which will distort facts and represent news falsely. The press must always pursue the truth, nevertheless, it had better be employed within the limits that protect people's fundamental right for the sake of the national interest and security. Thirdly, the information-oriented society arrived in this society, too, because of the highly developed computer technology including people's use of Internet. Accordingly, the following social problems have been caused; computer hacking, computer virus, the problem of lechery products, the circulation of illegal information, stalking, narcotic drug smuggling and prostitution. Moreover, these problems are extended to the conceptions, such as cyber terror and cyber war. And sometimes, those cyber crimes have caused the dangerous factors that threaten the national interest as well as national security. The Information Warfare among nations cannot be predicted in advance, and the area of war can be extended more broadly than anyone expects, accordingly, the damages are also bigger than anyone can expect. Therefore, every possible defense should be prepared continually and drastically. Finally, the personal required for guard and defense should most effectively make efforts in coping with various dangerous elements, such as terror, narcotic drug, financial crimes, natural and humane disasters, for the sake of citizens' fundamental safety. And common people in this country will have to do their best to complete their own fundamental responsibility and duties, cultivate the fundamental consciousness of public order, thorough notification mind against illegal acts, and general consciousness of democratic principles, for the purpose of employing their freedom and basic rights.

        Chapter I. Introduction Nowadays the informationization rapidly developing owing to the computer utilization cause many changes to the entire field of social life. According to this tendency, Informationization of public administration consist of a major element among mational development policies. To cope with high-tech society, there is a try to accomplish the communicational infrastructures as a new media. This endeavour car be a good model for our country with the problem of inter-regional developmental differentials. Therefore the present paper discuss accomplishment of regional informationization as a regional developmental policy and present the information-basis construction for efficiential development. Chapter II. A theoretical approach of regional informationization for regional development. The influence of informationization already range over the entire field of polities, economy, society and culture. It also has influence upon the propulsion of regional development, and this is so-called regional development based upon regional informationization. We need to consider these items for the theoretical approach of regional informationization ; (i) the problem of inter-regional differentials as a regional characteristics. (ii) The significance and necessity of regional informationization. (iii) The definition of inter-relation of regional informational and regional development through present situation of informational society and the lastest passage of regional development. (iv) The strategy of new media community, teletopia and intelligent city. In this viewpoint the present paper investigate ISDN (integrated systems digital network) and compaterizaion network as the infra-structure of regional informationization. Chapter III. The problem and present condition of regional informationization. We need to consider these items for the propalsion of the regional informationization ; (i) ensuring the integrity of infra-regional information system. (ii) Effective utilization of infra-regional information sources. (iii) Systems appropriate for the needs of regional information sources. (iv) Informationization guaranteeing regional autonomy and self-regulation. (v) Appropriate informationization of intra-regional enterprise activity and administration. As well as these items, we should be analyzed ISDN and computerization network as the infrastructure of regional informationization. For the propulsion of regional informationization the following problems are raised ; (i) infringement of privacy, (ii) the problem of vulnerability, (iii) the problem of overflowing influence, (iv) the problem of information differentials. Chapter IV. The information-basis construction for efficiential regional development. In the concrete the problem of information-basis construction should be fulfilled at the state level ; (i) continuous propulsion of ISDN and computerization network of governmeent administration. (ii) Propulsion of inforationization of regional society. (iii) Presentation of the vision for information (iv) Solving the problem of infringement of provacy, vulnerability, overflowing influence and information diflerentials. Chapter V. Conclusion. The present paper discuss the present and a plan of effective propulsion for the information-basis construction in regional development. In the society of informationization, regional informationization is necessary in the success of regional development. The need for the research to this area becomes large.

        Youth Ministry should be different than before, since society has experienced many changes. So, this thesis tries to find the proper Youth Ministry in the age of the Information Society. The advent of Information Society has made a deep change for human life. Especially, the part of education which sticks to human life has made a detail step about Information, hence the paradigm of education has made a big change than the past industrial society from the teaching purpose to the role of a teacher and a learner Today's juveniles contact with the internet, the new method of information and communication everyday. They show their new problems, desire, a sense of values, talents by a positive or negative way through this. So, this thesis considered the effect of the new social trend, especially of internet. This includes the understanding of Information Society, the paradigm of education, juveniles themselves, the traits of internet and a current state of education on Web-Site. Chapter Ⅱ has explored about the general understanding of Information Society and the theoretical background of information education to understand Information Society and education. Information Society is a terminology started from F. Machlup which was constructed by the concept of the modern age and background of technology and society. The trait of information technology is to use information technology to treat changed desire, behavior and thought of human. And it also effected educational purpose, ways, environment and area with teacher and learner. Chapter Ⅲ treated about juveniles who live in Information Society. They have a different view than the older generation since they live in and effected by digital environment. The traits of juveniles are strong independence, free space concept, dualism about opening their mind curiosity. To pursue their trait, they used internet and for that all of the database information is opened to everybody who use it. And they could make a trait of relationship, anonymity, spontaneity, democracy, image-centered trend and mobility. Internet inspired the mind to study, personality and membership. But on the other hand, it resulted in a disorder of character and the exposure to commercial indiscriminately. Chapter Ⅳ analysed the current situation of juvenile education. For this, this thesis surveyed juvenile education by general education and christianity education. Again, general education was divided by commercial and non-commercial, and christianity was divided by institutional and individual. Currently, there are many sites about juvenile education, but not properly. This is scarcity of responsibility and plan. Also it's because there are no exclusive site for juvenile. And these sites do not develop of internet properly, just by introducing off-line programs or by using it for individual church. So, this thesis recommend following four. Firstly, developing educational soft-ware and contents for juvenile. Secondly, sponsor of the religious body, church and individual. Thirdly, a detailed plan for Educational Information. Fourthly, the exclusive space for juvenile which run by juvenile. Finally, at the time of change of juvenile education, the Christian Education should discriminate good and bad, response sensitively for changing and lead juvenile to the right road which God wants. Those are this thesis suggests.

      • 사회교과의 정보화사회교육 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 제7차 교육과정 고등학교 『사회』교과서 내용분석을 중심으로

        The change into an information-oriented society has a large effect on social life of human being or sociologic education. This needs of change of the time and new demands for education were reflected to the revision process of education course, and the basic policy of 7^(th) sociologic education course was set as ‘upbringing of citizenly quality that leads the social change in the era of globalization, information and openness’. Further more, as a desirable citizenly quality, it emphasizes the skill that gathers, handles, expresses and applies information, and the ability of self-leading study, critical thought, rational decision and initiative spirit on the basis of the sense of responsibility and authority as a citizen and the ability of social participation. In this manner, information is the principal axis in basic direction and objective of sociologic education course. Textbooks are the education courses itself and the educational contents at the forefront with which teachers, students and parents of students meet. This research was conducted to be a help for feasibility verification about the matter that ‘Are the textbooks, which are very important in school, adequate in realizing「the objectives related with information」 which are important elements in the objective of sociologic education and the basic direction of 7^(th) sociologic education course?’ Study method was「method of contents analysis」which is one of the method among general social science, and its analytic object was 2 kinds of textbooks as 『Jihak Publishing』and『Daehane Textbook』among 8 kinds of textbooks. The method was the one that, by setting the standard for the existence of relation with information in the contents of the textbooks, yields and analyzes its contents according to this standard. The detail purpose of this study, starting point of contents and results of this study could be ordered as follows. Firstly, what portion of weight does the content related with information take quantitatively among the entire contents of sociologic textbooks? As the analytic results of the two textbooks, the amount related with information was 18.84% in the whole textbooks. It can be well aware that a large amount is allocated quantitatively to achieve the objective of cultivating democratic citizens who are possible to adapt to an information-oriented society, which was set as an objective of 7^(th) education course. Secondary, are the newspaper materials which need the nature of current events or applicable materials on internet always up-dated? In both of the two textbooks, the first editions were published on March 1^(st) 2002 and the textbooks used in this study were second editions published on March 1^(st) 2007. That is to say, these textbooks will be used for the first grade students of high school. 73% of the materials were the same as former ones established in 2002 when the first edition was established. It can be well aware that after the first edition, complemented materials from 2003 to 2006 were only 27%. The component ratio of materials, which were complemented newly for 4 years after publishing the first edition, was revealed low. It hints there is a limit for publishing condition and system of textbook to cope with rapidly changing society. Thirdly, when the contents of textbooks related with information-related society are classified by the field of activity for learning objective (information·understanding, function, application, value), what aspect does the distribution of each field show? It can be well aware that 79.94% of materials are allocated to the field of understanding and function for a knowledge and general idea. Especially, Inconvenience is, in the information-oriented society that changes rapidly, that the contents related with information is insufficient which can contribute to the ability of self-leading study, critical thought, rational decision, initiative spirit and the establishment of upright values. Fourthly, so that the electronic materials may supplement and support the paper textbooks, is the online supporting system of each publishing company put in practice properly? It can be well aware that, despite of the specific character of sociologic subject which has to apply social change sensitively, the fact that the materials, which needs the nature of current events, remain behind is the main cause to decrease a learning motive and interest. As the results from visiting, searching and analyzing the homepages of the 2 publishing companies among 8 of them, although there is much difference according to the publishing companies, much to be desired was reveled in online supporting system that can complement paper textbooks. Publishing company having the consciousness of responsibility, the system is urgent which can support complemented or renewed material whenever necessary for the teachers and students at school. As the annalistic results of textbooks, though the contents related with information take large portion quantitatively, materials that introduce site for material collection or simple searching function to find information was laid stress upon. And it can be well aware that the contents for the ability of critical thought, initiative spirit, ability of rational decision, pursuit of value and the field of experience or humanity education is insufficient. Much effort is thought to be needed in improving and making use of online supporting system to overcome the critical point at the publication of paper textbooks.

      • 情報化社會의 中央政府와 地方自治團體間의 關係에 관한 硏究

        In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects on esicting central government and local autonomies by information computerization which has been spread out in the socity widely. The scope of the study includeed predictable future with reliability and time extents of ten to thirty years and it also takes restrictive pessimism at it's receptive attitude. Information society improves human living moderately and it also realizes various of democratization, improving, welfare and rationalization. It will have effects on every aspect of politics, economy, society, culture, welfare and education etc, in spite of many scholars differed views. In the administration, especially, it allows to have rapid administrative tasks, saving lobor forces, and realization of synthesized windows for administration and administrative services. Central centralization of government and distributed powers of local autonmies which distinguished by apportioned relationship of making decision authority for local administration, have changed to relative and mutual cooperative relation betwween central government and local autonomies but not opposite and alsolute one as in the past. Therefore, the legislative, judicial and administrative regulations by central government against local autonomies also have been changed to nonauthoritative central from authoritative one. The automation(computerization) of administrative tasks in public sectors is expected that there will be affirmative effectiveness of productivity, stondardigation image improcement, education and systematization etc, while there also negative effectiveness for safekeeping of political·administration computer system. In the case of utilization of information technique by central government and local autonomies there will be enomous influences to central centralization of power and to distributed local power. Since 1950's, computer has been used in the organization, many schoars have interested in what effects have been brought to the organization by computer itself. There are two apposed opinions such one as structural routine works are executed vicariously by computer but non - structural tasks and making decisions are centralized on central government and it promotes central centralization of power, and the another opinion such one as computerization promotes automation of structural routine tasks as well as making decisions in the organization. It is seemed, however that centralization of power will be decided as central on local distinguisthed power by the factors of politics, information and technique. It is difficui to predict present situation accurately sinec our country is new in the beginning stage of computerization The world entered into new era of information society with which humankind never experienced in the past. Such computalization will be in prospect to have enomous effects on central authoritarianism looking for well-being nation by using effectiveness, unification and strength of administration and on distributed local power aiming at democratigation by activating local administration and by uprising social efficienecy. It will also bring important variety our country in which strong central centralization of power has been existed since the past, and in the case of our country, it is seemed to forward the direction to accelerate, for some time, the central centralization of government in the light of present situation having strong political power and informational distinctions among the districts even though it is difficult to conclude as in beginning stage of information yet.

        정보화사회로 진행되기 이전 기업의 오피스에 대한 투자는 사치와 낭비로 인식되었다. 그러나 정보화사회로 발달됨에 따라 정보처리 및 생산성 향상을 위해서 오피스의 중요성이 부각되기 시작하였으며, 현재의 오피스는 도시에 사는 사람들에게 가장 밀접한 관계가 있는 장소로 바뀌었다. 이러한 20세기의 오피스가 과학기술과 산업의 발달로 형성된 빌딩내의 한정된 공간이라면, 21세기의 오피스는 21세기를 표현하는 대표적 언어인 정보화사회라는 표현에서 나타나듯이 물질이 아닌 정보가 상품이 되는 시기이며, 오피스 역시 정보를 처리할 수 있는 어떠한 장소를 가리키는 단어로 인식하게 된다. 따라서 오피스의 정보처리능력은 커뮤니케이션 수단의 다양화로 시간과 공간의 제약에서 탈피하여 20세기와는 다른 형태의 오피스 공간을 보여주게 될 것이다. 그 예로써 우리가 흔하게 알고 있는 재택근무는 일반적인 오피스로 인식되어지고 있으며, 휴대형 오피스 등보다 다양한 형태의 오피스가 등장하고 있다. 이런 변형된 오피스의 출현은 물리적인 작업장을 오피스에서 가정으로 이동시키게 되며, 오피스 근로자가 직장에 구애받지 않고 거주지를 선택하게 됨에 따라 시간과 공간의 제약에서 보다 자유로운 상태를 유지하게 된다. 뿐만 아니라 기업 경영의 측면에서도 오피스 공간의 낭비를 줄이고 공간의 능률성과 효율성을 추구함으로서 공간유지비용을 절감할 수 있는 방법이 된다. 오피스는 변화하고 있다. 그러나 오피스의 변화가 오피스의 소멸을 의미하지는 않는다. 그것은 ‘인간은 사회적 동물이다’라는 가장 기본적인 사실에서 표현되듯이 인간은 상호교류를 통한 상승작용의 기대치를 무시할 수가 없기 때문이다. 따라서 정보화사회의 오피스는 업무처리 장소라는 물리적 개념보다는 인간의 심리적 특성 및 욕구를 만족시키는, 유대감을 형성하기 위한 대면 공간으로 인식되어야 한다. 이와 같은 배경에세 본 연구의 목적은 정보화사회 오피스의 바람직한 발전 방향을 제안하고자 하며, 다음과 같은 연구과정을 통해서 진행하였다. 첫째, 오피스 디자인을 위한 이론적 고찰과정에서 오피스의 개념 및 발달배경을 파악하고 오피스 문화와 형태, 일의 변화 방향을 분석함으로써 새로운 오피스 제안의 참고 자료로 삼는다. 둘째, 본 연구가 정보화사회를 배경으로 하고 있으므로 변화되는 오피스를 이해하기 위해 정보화사회의 배경 및 개념을 파악하고, 예상되는 정보화사회 오피스의 유형을 분류하여 각 특징을 분석하고, 오피스 변화의 필요성을 제시하며, 향후 오피스의 발전 방향을 예측하는 기본 틀을 형성한다. 셋째, 위의 과정을 바탕으로 하여 NEW OFFICE를 제안하는 과정에 있어서 NEW OFFICE의 개념을 정의하고, 오피스 계획시의 필요요소를 분석하며, 각 구성공간의 디자인 기준을 제시하고, 적절한 가구의 선택 및 배치를 위해 각 가구의 필요요소를 분석 정리한다. 넷째, NEW OFFICE의 개념 및 기준을 바탕으로 한 오피스의 사례분석을 통해 NEW OFFICE의 타당성을 제시하며, 그 발전 방향을 예측한다. 사례조사시의 분류 기준을 공간의 활용 방식과 구성방식을 토대로 하여 분석 정리한다. 이상의 연구과정을 통해 제안하는 NEW OFFICE는 오피스 공간을 기업의 조직편성에 억지로 짜 맞추는 것이 아닌 모든 사람이 효율적으로 상호 교류할 수 있는 공간을 의미한다. 이러한 오피스 계획은 대상 기업의 업무 특징과 전체 면적에 따른 공간의 용도간 비율을 파악하고 적절한 분배를 하는 것부터 시작되며, 작업 동선의 합리화 및 작업공간 활용의 극대화를 통한 공간유지관리비용의 절감이 필요하다. 본 연구의 NEW OFFICE 계획시 가장 중요하게 인식해야 하는 점은 오피스를 적당한 물리적 환경을 제공하는 일반적인 인식의 차원이 아닌 사용자의 삶의 질과 생산성을 향상시키는 것에 연관시킴으로 단순히 사람들을 수용하기보다는 그들의 사기를 진작시킬 수 있는 커뮤니케이션을 위한 공간을 디자인하는 것이다. Before the launch of the information era, corporate investment in office interiors was thought of as luxurious or extravagant. However, in the information era, the office has grown in importance in terms of enhancing productivity and data processing. Now offices are one of the most important and closely-connected places for city residents. So long as the office in the 21st century is a limited space in a building designed by scientific technology and industrial development, it will be defined as a place where data is processing, as the term information era suggests that we will deal in information rather than materials. Accordingly, we will escape from time and space thanks to office data processing, through diversified forms of communication and a new style of office different from that of the 20th century. For example, the SOHO (solo office, home office) is being recognized as an ordinary form of office, and more diversified forms of offices, including mobile offices, have appeared. The advent of these transformed offices has transferred physical work-places into houses, and workers can select their places of residence regardless of their work-places. Thus, workers can enjoy a freer state in time and space. Furthermore, in terms of corporate management, the SOHO enables companies to reduce office space, and so reduce expenses, producing greater efficiency and productivity. Offices are changing. But it does not mean they are disappearing. As the expression "Man is a social animal" suggests, we cannot ignore synergic value through mutual exchange. Consequently, the office in the information era must be seen as a place for meeting together and form close relationships, in order to satisfy our psychological features and needs. rather than as a physical place for data processing. In this context, this study presents reasonable directions for the development of the office in the information era, in the following way. First, in the process of theoretical research into office design, the concept and background of office development should be considered, and types of office culture and changes in the direction of work should be analyzed as new reference materials to present new forms of offices. Second, as the study is based on the information era, the context and concepts of that era should be considered with a view to understanding how the office is changing. In addition, the study classifies the expected style of offices, and analyze their features, and then presents the necessity for change, forming a basic framework to predict the direction of office development. Third, in the process of presenting the New Office based on the previously-mentioned process, the study defines concepts of the New Office, analyzes its required features, presents design standards in each space, and analyzes and arranges necessary fixtures for the proper selection and arrangement of furnitures. Fourth, through case studies and analysis of offices based on concepts and standards of the New Office, the study presents appropriate and promising directions for development. The standards of classification in the case studies are analyzed and arranged based on methods to use and organize spaces. The New Office presented through this research, refers to that space which everyone can share together, rather than forcing spaces to fit into a corporate structure. This plan starts from understanding the business features of the company, and the ratio of space to the total area, and then distributing them appropriately. It is vital here to reduce the costs of maintaining space by rationalizing the line of movements in the workplace, and maximizing the use of working spaces. The most important factor in planning the New Office presented in this study is to design spaces for communication through connecting spaces to enhancement of qualify of life and the productivities of users. This further enhances their working morale, and removes the general sense that offices are purely to provide physical environment.

      • 정보화사회의 사회변화에 대한 PC통신 사용자의 지각 조사연구

        본 연구의 목적은 전문가들이 예측하고 있는 정보화 사회의 사회, 교육, 가정 등의 영역에서의 변화를 분석한 후, 각 영역으로부터 도출되는 주요 문제점들에 대한 PC통신 사용자의 지각 경향을 조사함으로써 이들 문제점들에 대한 인식을 확산시켜 미래의 교육 내용을 준비하는 데 참고자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 국내 주요 PC통신 서비스 업체인 "나우누리" 가입자 108명과 "하이텔" 가입자 72명, 총 181명의 자료를 수집하였다. 표본의 대표성을 확보하기 위하여 PC통신 사용 시간대를 체계적으로 선정하여 PC통신 사용자의 정보를 수집하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 조사도구는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 정보화 사회에서 전문가들이 예측하는 변화의 내용을 토대로 조사도구의 문항을 작성하였다. 응답 방법은 6단계 Likert식 평정척을 사용하였다. 조사도구에서 합성변수의 내적 일관성 신뢰도는 크론바흐 알파 계수를 구하였다. 수집된 자료는 SAS/PC를 사용하여 기초적인 기술 통계치를 산출하였으며, 측정치에 대한 차이의 검정은 t-test, 일원분산분석, Chi-Square test를 통하여 검정하였고, 일원분산분석 결과 유의한 차이가 있는 경우 Scheffe 검정을 사용하여 사후 검정을 실시하였다. PC통신 사용자들의 주요 개인특성에 따른 상호작용의 유무를 확인하기 위해서는 이원분산분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회영역에 있어서, 실업은 더욱 증가할 것이고, 부의 편재 현상은 심화될 것이며, 화폐가 전 세계적으로 단일화될 것이고, 개인은 통제될 가능성이 있다는 예측에 대하여 모두 긍정적인 견해를 갖는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 교육영역에 있어서, 교육의 내용이 지식, 기술, 취업 위주로 변화할 것이고, 컴퓨터 통신 시스템을 이용한 교육이 확대될 경우 인간화교육은 어려워질 것이라는 예측에 대하여 모두 긍정적인 견해를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가정 영역에 있어서도, 이혼과 동거가 더욱 증가하고 자녀 없는 가족이 증가하는 등 가족의 형태가 변화가 가속화될 것이고, 정보 통신 기술의 발달로 성생활은 더욱 개방될 것이라는 예측에 대하여 모두 긍정적인 견해를 갖는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로, 여러 전문가들이 예측하는 정보화사회에서의 부정적인 측면에서의 사회변화 내용에 대해서 PC통신 사용자들도 역시 부정적인 측면에 동의하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이로써 산업사회의 폐해보다 더욱 심각할 것으로 예측되는 정보화사회에서의 여러 부정적인 우려들에 대한 인식을 확산시키고 그에 대한 사전 대책이 준비되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the perception of the PC communication users on the expected social changes in those areas of education, of society, and of family in the information society by analyzing the data collected from them via e-mail system. The subjects of the study were 181 PC communication users who were randomly sampled from the two main information providers(IP) in Korea, "Nownuri" and "Hitel". The research tool used in the study was a questionnaire made on the basis of the social changes that professionals forecasted. The questionnaire used six-point Likert-type scale. The internal consistency reliability of the composite variables of the research tool was tested by Cronbach's Alpha. The collected data were processed by SAS to obtain descriptive statistics. To test significance differences of the measured values, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and chi-square test were employed. Post hoc comparison was applied by using Scheffe-test where the result of the one-way ANOVA showed a significance differences. Additionally, two-way ANOVA were employed to find out the interaction effects among the individual characteristics of the PC communication users. The major results of the study were summarized as follows: First, in social area, PC communication users perceived affirmatively on the forecast that unemployment will increase more seriously, The currency will be unified in the form of electronic money throughout the world, and each individual will be controlled. Second, in education area, PC communication users perceived affirmatively on the forecast that the education subjects will be turned to knowledge, technology, and occupation oriented education, and it will be difficult to perform humanization education in case the education using computer communication system expends. Third, in family area, PC communication users perceived affirmatively on the forecast that the changes of family form will be accelerated including divorce rate and living together rate without marriage, and the free sexual relations will be opened more wide as a result of the technological development of the information communication. In conclusion, PC communication users perceived affirmatively as well on the negative social changes of the information society forecasted by the professionals. Therefore, the perception for various negative apprehensions being forecasted in the information society which will exert more severe evil influences than that of the industrial society should be expended more wide, and the counterplan should be considered in advance.

        오늘날 우리는 하루가 다르게 발전하는 과학기술과 주체하기 힘든 정보의 홍수 속에서 살아가고 있다. 세계는 정보통신 기술의 발달로 개별 국경의 개념이 사라지고 지구촌으로 통합되고 있으며, 개별 국가는 다른 국가들과 상호 의존성을 유지하는 생존 전략을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 대전환기를 맞아 우리 교육이 나아가야 할 방향과 모습, 그리고 이를 위해 해야 할 일과 실천방안을 모색하는 것은 당면한 과제이다. 세계 각국은 교육 혁신을 통한 국가 경쟁력 향상에 힘쓰고 있으며, 우리 나라에서도 창조적 지식 기반 구축을 위해 교육정보화를 포함한 각종 교육개혁 정책을 추진하고 있다. 교육정보화는 정보기술을 기반으로 새로운 사회에 적합하도록 교육의 내용과 방법, 교육의 형태를 다양화하고 개선하는 것이며, 교육 관련 법, 제도와 관행을 변화시키고, 교육 구성원의 의식과 행태를 정보화 사회에 맞게 변화하도록 유도하고 촉진하기 위한 노력이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 정보화 사회에서의 학교교육은 다음과 같은 면에서 변화가 필요하다. 학교 교육의 목적은 정보화 사회의 사회적?인간적 요구에 비추어 볼 때 새로운 교육의 방향으로 기술의 권위와 몰 이념화 경향에 저항하고 인간의 위치를 찾아줄 수 있는 인간 존중 이념에 바탕을 두고, 개방적이고 자기주도적인 전인적 인간을 양성하는데 중점을 두어야 한다. 정보화 사회에서 인간 존중의 이념에 바탕을 둔 학교 교육의 목적을 달성하기 위한 교육방향을 교육내용과 교육방법을 중심으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 정보화 사회의 교육내용으로는 정보학습(비판적 사고력, 문제해결능력, 정보창조능력), 멀티미디어 사용법, 인터넷에 대한 이해와 이용법, 정보화 사회에서 발생할 수 있는 인성, 정서, 윤리적 측면의 문제점도 비중있게 다루어져야 한다. 이러한 교육내용의 실천에 알맞은 교육방법으로는 창의성과 비판적?반성적 사고, 문제해결력등의 함양을 그 목적으로 하는 구성주의 학습관에 입각하여 학생중심?문제중심의 수업체제의 전환과 정보기술이 활용되어야 한다. 그러나, 정보기술의 교육적 활용에서는 그 한계와 역기능을 직시하고 그것이 효과적인 경우에만 선별적으로 사용되어야 할 것이다. 정보화 사회에서 교육이 제 기능을 발휘하기 위해서는 학교교육의 목표 및 방법, 내용 등이 정보화 사회에서 요구하는 방향으로 변화해야 할 것이다. Today, we have lived in a tremendous flow of information as well as ever-developing science and technology. Our world has been integrated into a global village side by side beyond conventional concepts of individual boundary under the influence of more advanced IT technology than ever. On the other hand, each country has been pursuing a survival strategy to maintain an interdependence between different countries. In this grand historical transition, we have faced a challenge of seeking for the direction and model to which our education should orient and the corresponding assignments and practical policies as well. Every country around the world has tried to enhance their own national competitive edges through educational innovation and Korea has also promoted a series of educational reformative policies including educational informatization to build up a creative knowledge basis. Educational informatization deals with diversifying and improving educational contents, methods and styles to meet new society on the basis of information and technology. It also focuses on the efforts for changing conventional law, system and customs in education and leading and facilitating them to change in accordance with information society. Under these circumstances, our school education needs a chain of changes around contemporary information society in the following aspects: In view of social and human demands of information society, the aims of school education should be based on the ideology of human respects which may resist the dignity and non-ideologization tendencies of technology by showing new educational directions and revive the position of human beings. Furthermore, the aims of school education should focus on fostering open and self-leading persons in the level of whole man. In terms of educational contents and methods, the educational directions to achieve the aims of school education based on the ideology of human respects in information society can be presented as follows: It is required that future educational contents should address the questions in personal, emotional and ethical aspect, which may occur in information society, as well as information learning abilities(critical thinking power, question resolution and informational creation), multimedia usage, comprehension and usage of Internet. In terms of educational method suitable for the practice of these educational contents, it is required that a series of class systems should be changed focusing on students and questions along with corresponding information technology, based on the constructive learning views which aim at enhancing the creativity, critical or reflective thinking and problematic resolution of students. However, upon the educational applications of IT technology, we must consider corresponding limitations and side effects, and only the effective technology should be applied to fields alternatively. Conclusively, it is recommended that the aim, methods and contents of school education should be changed to the direction as required in information society so that our education can continue to function well even in future information society.
