차량용 능동형 헤드램프 에이밍 시스템 최적화에 미치는 인자에 관한 연구

오늘날 자동차는 단순히 운송수단에서 벗어나 인간의 생활과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으므로 안전성에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 그런데 교통사고 발생 현황을 보면 야간주행시 교통사고 발생률이 상당히 높고 치명적이기 때문에 주변 물체의 인지 및 전방 시인성확보를 위한 자동차 헤드램프의 기능이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 완성차 제조공정에서 헤드램프 에이밍시스템에 미치는 영향인자에 대한 연구를 통하여 차량 조건을 만족시키는 최적의 헤드램프 에이밍시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 완성차공장 검차 라인에서 차량의 헤드램프 명암한계선의 위치변화에 영향을 미치는 인자들 즉 엔진의 중량, 타이어 공기압, 서스펜션의 종류에 대해 실험결과 각각의 인자들의 영향은 오차범위로 문제가 없으나 세가지 인자의 종합 반영시에는 차고 높이가 754mm ±5mm 이상인 경우 에이밍 허용오차를 벗어났다. 이는 현재의 헤드램프 에이밍 장비가 높이 대해 고정되어 있기 때문이다. 그러므로 본 연구를 통해 인자들의 영향이 고려된 실제 차량의 높이를 측정하여 보상될 수 있는 능동형 헤드램프 에이밍시스템을 개발하였다 Today, the automobile is not only a transportation but also a part of modern daily life. Therefore the safety from unexpected car accident, specially at midnight become more emphasized. To get more safe driving condition, it is necessary to have a clean visual field with headlamp at night. This study has been carried out to investigate an effect of major factors, such as type of engine, pressure of tire and type of suspention system on our aiming system of headlamp in assembling line and to develop an optimum aiming system. The individual effect of major three factors on the height of motorcar and cut-off line of headlamp is negligible. That is, a deviation from standard is within tolerant range. But combing the effect of major three factors together, deviation is out of the allowance range at below 749mm and above 759mm. This phenomenon is creasing from the reason that a measuring system is fixed. On the base of this study to get a clean visual field with headlamp at night, an adaptive headlamp aiming system should be adjustable according to actually measured height which is affected by any condition of automobile.
