생산시스템의 구조적인 생산 및 재고형태는 급격히 변화하는 시장과 소비자의 욕구에 대처하고, 국경없는 무한 경쟁시대를 맞이하여 국제적 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여 기본적인 생산/재고 모형에서 여러가지 가정 하에 다각적으로 변화 되어왔다. 최근 들어서는 시스템의 고장과 신뢰성을 고려한 EOQ(economic order quantity), EPQ(economic production quantity)모형들이 많이 연구 되어왔다. 이러한 연구들을 바탕으로, 본 논문에서는 생산 시스템 중에서 간섭현상을 고려하여 연구한다. 생산시스템에 간섭현상이 발생하면 생산성이 저하되며 작업능률이 감소하여 직접 및 간접경비가 증가되고 설비의 비가동 시간이 길어지게 된다. 여기에 생산시스템 전반에 미치는 영향까지 고려한다면 간섭현상으로 인한 생산경비는 매우 클 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시스템에서 간섭현상으로 발생되는 직접 및 간접 경비의 특징과 원인을 조사하고, 기존의 EPQ모델을 이용하여 적정 생산/재고 정책을 수립하기 위한 최적 모델을 개발한다. 이를 현실에 근접한 상황에 유사하게 적용하기 위하여 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하여 분석 하였으며, 그 결과 간섭현상의 발생시간에 대한 비용분석을 통하여 총 시스템 운영비용을 절감할 수 있다는 것을 나타내고 있다. To meet the need of consumer, prepare for the raped change in the market, and promote the international competitive advantage, the structural Production/Inventory model of the production system has been modified with variety of assumptions from a basic production/inventory model. EOQ(Economic Order Quantity) and EPQ(Economic Production Quantity) models which consider the failure and the reliability of system have been used. This paper investigated an interference phenomenon, which is, for examples, the system overload, the temporary suspension of system, the coarse of raw materials, and the temporary suspension in the preparation/control of system, etc., in an imperfect production system. With an interference phenomenon, the decrement of productivity and work efficiency increases a direct/indirect cost and the idle time of facilities. In addition, if the effect of the interference on the overall production system is considered , the production cost will be higher. For the purpose of the reduction of the cost, a production/inventory model including the interference phenomenon was developed. By investigating the cause and the characteristics of the direct/indirect cost due to the interference phenomenon, a strategy for suitable production was developed. The developed model was quantitatively validated using an existing-EPQ model and the SIMAN package was used to simulate and animate the model. Consequently, it was presented that the total operating cost of the system could be decreased with the proposed model.

The price level in Korea has been affected by a few great intervention which were due to the government policles and the foreign factors. From Jan. 1965 to Dec. 1986, five big shocks could be observed on the Whole Price Index (W.P.I), which were caused by the rises in oil price and changes in the foreign exchange rate. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the nature of the shocks and their causalities to the general price level. The Intervention Analysis technique was used to see the effect of the shocks to the W.P.I and the modified identification method of the Intervention model was suggested. It was found that the effect of the first oil price hike in Dee. 7973 and the change in the foreign exchange rate in Dee, 1974 to the W,P.I were similar. And the effect of the second oil price hike in July 1979 and the change in the foreign exchange rate in Jan. 7980 to the W.P.1 were similar, too. In addition, we can see that a real drop in the W.P.I is asso ciated with the effect of the reduction of oil price.
