The Computerized organization has been increasing as the favourite modern system with the general request of the contemporary society to improve the mental and physical activities. Under the circumstances, the project involves not only the simple accounting business or the information component and its analysis but also the medical clinical operation. For the computerizing project both of the Governments and the enterprises input the lost of investment with the every efforts for the computerizing schedule and they are still requesting the procurement of the comprter numerical control machine to improve the rapid retaining of the Administrative information with the efficient civil services and so on. One the other hand the inducement program would not be fulfilled with only the allocation and the installation of the equipments without having the effective control up to the efficient operation of the machines. In order to improve the efficient utilization of the computer program the preliminary feasibility should be reviewed before the procurement of the equipments. And the post evaluation meeting would be continuously held to improve the occurring matters after the installation. In our country the actual research of the said program would be stagnant with the shallow utilization of the computer machine. The thesis herewith therefore would indicate the most efficient utilization of the computeritems with analysing the following points of view : In Chapter II, the basic theory and basic concept for the administrative operation of the computer system have been described. In Chapter III, the specific procedure of the computerized business have been mentioned. In Chapter IV, the administrative actual status of the utilization of the computerized system has been evaluated. And in Chapter V, the influential circumstances of the computerized administrative organization have been studied berewith. The final conclusion of this research through the every computerized organization, every concerned administrative business such as the data control, statistics composing, simplification of the reporting system with the innovative official business activities involved the planning project concentration, entrusting the administrative authorization and so on. Computerized numerical control system of the Government is now affecting not only the innovative environment of the official society but also the reorganization of the administrative network of system. Under the circumstances, the Government's planning policy to improve the computer utilization would be as following : The first consideration, the legislative legal procedure of the appropriate use of the numerical equipments for the effective management long-term program, efficiency reviewing analysis, business standardization, equipments delivery control, specialized man-power development should be set up to proceeding the upgraded computerization with the suitable system atization facilities for the post-evaluate control Secondly, the business project should be transferred to the management control system beyond the existing business treatment control under the dicision make-up with the task-force net-work operation. Thirdly, the supporting policy to develop both of the software and the hardware for the numerical control should be improved with the standardized programming development for the joint information services of the every field of the administrative organization. Fourthly, the concerned overall manpower should be guaranteed of their position and rewards or the training fund program and so on. Fifthly, co-information service centre should be organized for the national service improvement under the rapid exchange program for use the joint Government organization. Sixthly, some point of view to protect the individual privacy, suitable legal legislation procedure would be set up to keep the fundamental human rights of korea.
