운동체험과 운동정보 제공이 신체활동 태도 및 신체활동 참여에 미치는 영향

This study examines the effects of one-time exercise and the provision of regular exercise information through SNS on the ‘stage of physical activity change’, ‘self-efficacy’, and ‘decision-making balance’. The subjects of this study were 323 residents (104 males and 219 females) in the borough of Seoul. The intervention program consisted of one-time exercise experience and exercise information through SNS for 12 weeks. The results showed that the ‘Stage of physical activity change’ significantly increased at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd phases (F = 15.519, p <.05), but there was no difference between the groups. ‘Self-efficacy’ was statistically significant in time (F = 4.747), time * group (F = 4.402), and time * gender (F = 6.557) (p <.05). There was a significant difference by time in the analysis of differences in ‘decision-making balance scores’ (F = 7.978, p <.01), and a significant difference was also found in the test by time * gender (F = 6.514, p <.01). It was confirmed that one-time exercise experience had a positive effect on self-efficacy and decision-making balance. Afterwards, the provision of regular exercise information had an effect on the positive maintenance of these interventional variables and the stage of physical activity change. 본 연구는 1회성 운동체험과 SNS를 통한 정기적 운동정보 제공이 신체활동변화단계와 중개요인인 자아효능감과 의사결정균형에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 SNS의 전략적 가치를 검증하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 서울 일개 자치구 주민 323명(남자 104명, 여자 219명)으로 하였다. 중재 프로그램은 1회성 운동체험과 12주간 SNS를 통한 운동정보제공이었다. 중개변인으로서 ‘자아효능감’과 ‘의사결정균형’을, 종속변인으로 신체활동변화단계를 설정하였다. 연구결과 신체활동변화단계는 1, 2, 3차 시기별로 유의하게 증가한 것으로(F=15.519, p<.05) 나타났으나, 집단간에는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 자기효능감은 시기별(F=4.747), 시기*집단별(F=4.402), 시기*성별(F=6.557)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 의사결정균형점수에 대한 차이 분석에서 시기별로 유의한 차이가 있었으며(F=7.978, p<.01), 시기*성별에 따른 차이 검증에서도 유의한 차이가 나타났다(F=6.514, p<.01). 1회성 운동체험은 자아효능감과 의사결정균형에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것을 확인하였으며, 이후 정기적 운동정보 제공은 이러한 중재변인의 긍정적인 유지와 신체활동변화단계에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

Preventive measures against industrial accidents should take into account the safeguards of unsafe states, education, and managerial measures to control the underlying sources of unsafe and unsafe behavior. Technical and managerial problems are also attributable to the educational cause. In particular, in the in-house safety education system, many construction sites form formal safety education.Inherent safety education is the best safeguard against disaster prevention. 그린 스마트 교실의 초고속 무선네트워크 장비 구축을 위한 연구

지난해 7월, 대통령 주재 한국판 뉴딜 국민보고대회를 개최하여 그 핵심 전략으로 「한국판 뉴딜 종합계획」을 발표하였고, 교육 분야에서는 ‘그린스마트 미래학교’ 사업이 한국판 뉴딜 10대 대표과제 중 하나로 포함되었다. 그리고 작년 한해 COVID-19로 인한 비대면 수업 확산으로 일선 교육현장의 ICT기술의 요구가 빠르게 급증하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 과거 교실의 무선네트워크 및 유선 인프라의 문제점을 고찰하고 이후 비대면 수업 및 대면 수업 시 사용가능한 초고속 무선네트워크를 보유한 그린 스마트 교실을 위한 유선네트워크 인프라와 무선 네트워크 장비들을 설계하고 실제 교실에 구축하기위한 예시를 제시하였다. In July of last year, the Korean version of the New Deal National Report Conference was held in the presence of the President, and the “Korean version of the New Deal Comprehensive Plan” was announced as its core strategy. In the field of education, the “Green Smart Future School” project has been included as one of the top 10 Korean New Deal projects. And last year, due to the spread of non-face-to-face classes due to COVID-19, the demand for ICT technology in front-line education sites rapidly increased. Therefore, In this paper, we examine the problems of the wireless network and wired infrastructure of the classroom in the past, and design wired network infrastructure and wireless network equipment for green smart classrooms with high-speed wireless networks that can be used for non-face-to-face and face-to-face classes, and build them in actual classrooms. An example for the following was presented.
한중 환경에서 정제된 급결제를 혼입한 플라이애시 콘크리트의 특성

Although the accelerators are used at the early stage to control setting-time and strength of concrete when cold-weather concrete is utilized, no security of workability occurs because the early hydration makes them react rapidly. Therefore, the tablet used in previous study is applied in this study. In particular, because a small amount of fly-ash being replaced in cold weather concrete of domestic, fly-ash concrete incorporating the tablet is discussed in workability by elapsed time, early strength to ensure the development of adequate strength, and freezing-thawing resistance. As a result, both 0.5 and 1.0% tablets were found to be superior. Thus, it was verified in cold weather concrete incorporating fly-ash that workability can be secured, as well as the development of early strength to prevent early frost. 본 연구에서는 한중 콘크리트 타설시 발생되는 초기동해로 인한 피해를 방지하고 조강성을 향상시키기 위하여 기존 연구에서 이용된 정제(Tablet)화된 급결제를 사용 하였다. 특히 국내에서는 한중 콘크리트라고 해도 적은양의 플라이애시가 치환되고 있으므로 이러한 Tablet을 플라이애시 치환 콘크리트에 혼입하여 workability, early strength 및 동결융해 저항성을 비교 확인하였다. 그 결과 Tablet 0.5%, 1.0%가 가장 좋은 결과를 나타내어 일정시간 동안 작업시간 확보가 가능하며 초기동해 및 조기강도 특성을 증진 시킬 뿐만 아니라 높은 동결융해 저항성 및 내구성 지수를 가지고 있어 한중 콘크리트로의 적용이 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다.
스팬과 하중의 變化에 對한 經濟的인 슬래브形式에 관한 硏究

In this paper, dealt with the slabs that affected largly cost of building materials.The depth of slab is important in economical side compared with the other structures because slabs are two - dimensional structure and the lesser quantity of concrete in slabs, the lesser dead and the element of structure that can support the design load in lesser materials quantity. In this study, designed the flat slab, flat-plate slab and the two-way slab with beams that is appied to change the span the live load, and then calculated concrete quantity, reinforcement area and form area. By utilizing table, readers can calculate the cost of slab, and then we can find the more economic slab system of them. The method of slab design was applied Direct Design Method in ACI 318-77, and didn't consider the pattern loading and shearing reinforcement. Reinforcement area could be got to multipy the value in table by 3/3.24 because as a result that calculate the reinforcement area of the flat-plate slab I could got that it needed 3t. By reason of increasing dead load, didn't consider in case that slab thickness exceeded 30 cm.
